One of my go to stores, they usually have the parts and items I'm looking for, staff has always been friendly and efficient even when they are super busy and they even answer the phone here. My first choice personally but it's local to me but it is still the better store of the other local ones I've been to
I was just there yesterday and the staff at this location are AMAZING. My son goes to college in Rochester, and just so happened to have car trouble this past weekend. This was one of the few close locations that were still open so we headed there. There was a young man who was SO patient, kind, and personable. He took his time to make sure we were getting the car battery that we needed, as well as the install. The manager (I think), also came to help, and was also amazing - knowledgable and took his time to assist. When your child is having car trouble and your anxiety is off the roof, this type of customer service makes all the difference. So thankful we ended going to this location.
Very good service they had my part brought over from another store and saved me a trip.

When my son and I went, we had to get an alternator for my son's 1993 Mazda miata. Shane ordered it and the next day we went to go pick it up. I called to make sure that it came in and they said yes it was there so we went to go get it and the kid behind the counter could not find it and try to turn us away. Shane was like no way it is here I checked it in myself and within a couple of minutes he found it. If it wasn't for Shane we would have walked out of there without the alternator and they would have lost a sale.
