6Went in to look for a Tap (M12x1.75) and walked out with it. I then went back to Amazon and cancelled my M12x1.75 order.
They should work at Moe's before they work at advanced auto parts.
No one notices you until you are on your way out.

Very disappointed with advance Auto parts policy on returns. Bought brake parts never open them hurt my back was out of commission for over 60 days purchase was 90 days ago plus and all they would do is give me a gift card now I have a $500 gift card that I really don't freaking need in this economy
Online ordering process is messed up. Counter guy says the system is undergoing major revision. Nonetheless, guys at the counter are willing to help. I'm quite pleased with them, if not the system.
