Dr Bernstein was very knowledgeable and corrected my issues. If you have a little bit of ear ringing or loss of hearing I highly recommend you make an appointment to see him.

I saw this Medical Practice advertisement in The Riverdale Press. It says Earwax Removal done. I make an appointment twelve days in advance. I never received a follow up call, or email to confirm. The morning of my visit I call myself. I am told by Josh that the Audiologist will not be in today. This is two hours before my appointment. He says he was going to call me. Was he or would I go there and be turned away. Not professional. I cannot and will not every use this place.
