This office’s receptionists have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Over a week passes before I’m given any information on how to receive my prescription and I called the office 4 different times on different days and have left a message each time— despite no one ever getting back to me. Anytime I call the office to ask a question I’m told to “hold on” and I’m immediately transferred where I’m put on a hold and told to leave a message every time. Not one receptionist has told me to whom they are transferring me to, or has been able to answer my question (s).

Put very much at ease with Dr. Jie Chen. Serious diagnosis, excellent prognosis. Very reassuring.

I have been seeing Jie Chen for a few years now and she is absolutely the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and makes you feel comfortable. I have had many cosmetic procedures done by her and she is the only one I could completely trust. The front desk staff as well as all the assistants are also very professional and kind. I have recommended Jie to many family and friends.

My first vist was pleasant, the staff was very kind. Rooms were clean. Dr. Chen took her time to explain procedures. I have a follow up in 3 weeks. I hope my visits will continue to be like today. They also have nite appts which is great.

The doctor is very good, the staff are very impersonal; they do not greet with any warmth. The operation of the office seems rushed yet waiting time is always over a half hour, sometimes over an hour. Dr. Levine is very good and is friendly as well.

Waited an hour to find out they somehow overlooked me even though i'd greeted the receptionist and signed in. Got a credit for my copay and left without seeing the doctor. Very disappointing.

I recently had an appointment with Eve at the east setauket location for Botox. I had such an amazing experience from start to finish of my appointment and love my injection results! Eve was so patient with me and it was clear she had impressive experience in what she was doing I trusted her recommendations. Fani and the rest of the staff was so friendly as well!

Doctor Maria Nunez was good for my skin was dry and itch too and my hair and i have to go get blood work to see why my hair is fall out and she got me cream for my face and body too is was good and help me not itch and dry too thank you

Dr Levine was very knowledgeable! Unfortunately I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room for him - the girl at the front desk said it’s always crazy busy and you have to wait long. Not what I wanted to hear as a first time patient there

I had my first appointment today. Loved the staff. The wait time was reasonable. The Dermatologist was friendly, explained everything, and listened to me. I will definitely be going back

I am NOT happy with your service. Twice I received your appt confirmation yet I had changed the date to August 11th. You continued to remind me and now ask for my thoughts on the appt which never happened.

Someone should have checked that I changed the appt. And stopped these useless messages. Was the original appt never omitted? This whole mess was a wate of my time and presumably yours. Please stay on top of these changes. JGallaghet
