The front desk/MA staff was friendly and helpful. PA Eric Kim was kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend this practice.

Would be 1 star if not for the doctors there. It’s a shame because the care I received was excellent and Dr. Kim was fantastic. Unfortunately, the issue was with the front desk / reception and the appointment making process. And it seems like others have had similar issues just from reading through some reviews.

In the past, I’ve had to wait a long time (up to 30min) from my appointment time, but this time was even worse than that. I made an appointment for 1: 30pm (which was the time offered to me by the receptionist when I called, it was NOT the time I chose for myself). I received a call the morning of confirming that time with no mention that maybe it wouldn’t be a good time to come in. When I got to the office, I was immediately told at the desk (rather rudely) that everyone was going on lunch break and to just have a seat and wait. After about 45min of waiting, I went up to the front desk and was ready to walk out and they immediately told me I could be seen right away, and I was called in. They had not even checked me in prior to that and it seemed that nobody had planned to get me into my appointment until I brought it up myself. Absolutely unacceptable. I likely will not be coming back, especially since this is not an isolated incident, and I would not recommend choosing them for your skin care unless you feel like going through an administrative nightmare.

I love the NEW office, I love my doctor; she's the BEST! The girls at the front desk are great, too. BUT, when it comes to their BILLING department especially for me who has Medicare & Medicaid and NEVER ever pay a copayment or a dime to them or ANY doctor I see, they are ALWAYS telling me I owe them something. I've spent hours on the phone and making numerous trips to their other office (uptown in the 70s) where I had surgery done (a cyst removed) and they took a copayment from me and embarrassed me in front of everybody else in the office by arguing with me when I told them I don't have to pay a copayment. So, I paid it to them just so I could get my surgery done and get the hell out of there. But, guess what? They were wrong and it took me 6 weeks to get my lousy $50 back. Their billing department is the worst and the right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing. SHAME on them, embarrassing a senior citizen on disability for a lousy $50 that they were NOT entitled to in the first place. But, other than that the team at 200 CPS, Suite 107 are fantastic and my female doctor is a top-notch doctor with a wonderful personality, too. Her assistants are great, too. She (Dr. Allessandra) is the ONLY reason why I return to that place with my skin issues, otherwise I would go with ALL my other doctors who are affiliated with NYU. Now when I went back to the 200 CPS office, I found out my favorite doctor LEFT. I got a new female doctor whom I like, and hope all will be well going forward with her. She did take very good care of me. BUT, God forbid if I ever have to get another cyst removed and have to deal with that office uptown. Then, maybe they will listen to me next time, and be more concerned with their patient rather than their measly copayment. Amen!

On two separate appointments I went through the check in process to only wait 30 minutes to find out I wasn’t actually checked in.

Great front desk and nurses and my doctor was friendly and informative it was my first time. I plan to continue to go again for my future needs.

I initially left a poor review because I was thinking they prescribed something to just pacify my expectations. Turns out that the prescription lotion which they prescribed is working quite well on my Tinea Versicolor after all and has given me much needed relief. Initially I was hoping they would prescribe an oral medication which apparently can be hard on the liver but they prescribed twice before and I hadn’t any ill side effects. Somehow my file was not coming up? I don’t know. Anyway it’s all good and mission accomplished. Thanks

Dr. Jane Taylor is not only an excellent dermatologist, she is also incredibly caring and compassionate.

They always get you in for an appointment when you need one with no red tape. Doctors are all good. And they give free samples and make sure you’re taken care of when it comes to your prescriptions. Thanks

My experience was great. Almost no wait time. The doctor was amazing in explaining the procedure and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I first came to see Allie last summer what I thought was a huge pimple turned out to be a cyst on my face. I was so scared itd leave a mark. Not only did it go away with her help but I have no mark from it.

Today, my skin is clearing up drastically after her recommendations & me following instructions. I couldn’t be happier with the choice to start seeing Allie. I’ll never leave her!

I’ve also been bringing my son to her since November of 2022 after dealing with a break out he had on his head for a year that caused him to lose some hair in the area. Fast forward in Allie’s care, how hair has grown back fully and the area has healed drastically. So grateful to her and her staff for helping us.

I told the doctor my problem and she immediately knew what to do! She went straight to the point! I wish I would’ve came here. Thanks to my older sister recommended two places. This one is closer to my job. I’m super excited of how this journey’s outcome. Will update.

Amazing experience, the office is top notch from the check in experience everyone is very nice but the doctors (Allison and Michelle) were EXCELENT - they needed to removed an earring embedded on my little girl ear and it was not easy. They did and excellent job keeping her entertained and easing all her fears (and mine!) while still doing her job.
