This office is so friendly! The front desk was super helpful and even though, I was a hour early they were able to see me. And Jennifer Wong, oh my gosh she is a sweetheart she actually treats her patients with kindness and respect. She recommends three products for my acne, and my hair loss. Hopefully it works! Dermatology Bin Bin Fan is amazing! I went to him for my acne a while ago. He was very nice and prescribed me some gels which helped my skin tremendously. He’s very professional and sweet. My skin has improved in these past 7 months and I’m very happy with the results:)

PA Wong is super knowledgeable and kind. What more could you ask for? All the assistants have been super kind. The office is responsive and up front about costs. Great place. Truly professional.

I had been experiencing a skin issues since 2021. I seen other dermatologists and no one could fix it. My first visited it was gone in weeks. He takes time time and listens to me. He is an excellent dermatologist and I would refer him to my family and friends.

The wait was moderate. The P. A.was helpful and wasn’t eager to remove my young moles. Proceeded with caution and said basically I had nothing serious to remove. He removed a skin tag and that was allprocess was easy.

I feel that Dr. Jenny took great care of me, the assistant did everything and I stayed the same, with the same doubts on the part of De. Jenny I did not feel cared for

The service from the receptionist was ok, the waiting time was not long, but the appointment with the doctor was terrible, I did not feel any interest in my problem, the total review did not take more than 3 minutes, he prescribed a couple of of creams that I probably could have bought by informing myself on the internet and that was it. Additionally, I asked him for a general check-up of the skin on my face and he was not receptive to that, he only illuminated me with a lamp and told me you have oily skin, something that I have known since I was practically born. I do not recommend visiting this clinic at all

I’ve been coming to this place for over 15yrs, back when DR. Paris owned it. I only come in once a year for my medication and follow-up as I now live in Florida. I spoke to the medical assistant about getting a peel for my acne like I do every year. Jennifer came in, we spoke about all my other concerns except the peel. As I’m walking out I told them they’d forgot about the peel. It takes just a couple minutes but Jennifer was too busy to assist (there was only one patient in the waiting area) she was apparently in a rush because she was leaving early (which was 2.5 hrs later it was 11 and she was leaving at 1: 30) and she’d finalized the notes on my file.even after telling them I was just in town for a few days, they did not care. This is not the level of service I remember receiving. This will be my final visit, you lost my business.

Went in for a skin screening and consultation. Dermatologist Bin Bin Fan was very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. I did feel the visit was a bit rushed, but I understand that doctors are very busy.

Dr. Troccoli was very direct and professional. Answered all my questions and was efficient and clear in his next steps and explanations. Definitely would recommend.

Above adequate service. The staff are easy to talk to and work with and you won’t be stuck in unnecessary traffic since the clinic is in a good location.
