Updating my review. Experience with Dr. Brody was terrible. Kelly the office manager called back and had me see Rachel. On the second visit everything was exact opposite from first visit. Rachel was great. The wait time was reasonable. Overall a great experience.
They really care about the service they provide. I appreciate that.

Had a great visit. Saw bin bin fan. He helped me a lot with my problem. Everyone was so nice and kind, Very satisfied with this office.

Dr. Brody is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. He is caring and listened to all my concerns. He addressed everything very well. Dr. Brody examined all of my skin and found issues on me that I was not even aware of! On top of his hilarious personality, he is awesome and I will be back to him for more skin care if I ever need it.

I don't like my experience I was asking to see the dermatologist but they let me see the physical assistant.and he doesn't even examine the patient as see what's the problem

Dr. Wong was knowledgeable and kind! The staff are professional and nice! It’s hard to find an office you feel comfortable with but I found it! Thank you Advanced Dermatology!

Bayside office

I had a great experience at this location. It’s a very clean environment, quiet space and has very understanding receptionists at the front desk. I appreciated their patience and kindness. I also highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Wong. She listened to my skin concerns and found a solution immediately. She’s great at her profession. She assisted me very quickly, and efficiently:)

Always enjoy visiting this office. No wait. Seen on time. Staff is always so welcoming and professional. Office is clean and conveniently located. Dr. Wiederman is great. Listens and very detailed in her instructions. Absolutely fabulous.

A friend referred P. A. Bin Fan from the Bayside office. Bin was very unprofessional toward me. He refused to listen to all of my medical concerns. And told me to save part of my list of health issues for future visits. He also maintained a rude and condescending tone throughout the consultation. The friend who referred him was also in the office and was shocked and embarrassed to witness Bin's behavior. He then prescribed a drug that is found over the counter at a much cheaper price than what I paid at the pharmacy. The both of us have decided that we will not go back to this particular Advanced Dermatology provider as a result.

Dr. Fan saw me for dermatitis. He was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful during the appointment. It was an overall pleasant and efficient experience.
