Dr. Hope was very thorough in his examination of my tooth and come up with a great plan to correct the problem by saving my tooth. I appreciate his assessment and very satisfied with the plan. Office staff was excellent and would highly recommended him!

So Dora is my nickname, but my last name is Black. I have gone to Advanced Endodontics several times. The first visits were great as far as my treatment. My regular dentist is close by and she recommended them. However, I needed a root canal, probably about 5 years ago. I called the office and was advised that a new dentist, Dr. Svetcov, would take my insurance as partial payment, so, of course, I agreed. It was at the White Plains location. Dr. Svetcov was super nice, and I was confident he'd do a great job as the other doctors have. After the initial visit, I was advised to come back for the 2nd stage of the root canal. When I did so, Dr. Svetcov said, "Oh, did I tell you the tooth is cracked? " Shocked, I said, "no. " The dental assistant was noticeably shocked too and looked to comfort me. So I asked what does this mean and what would the future steps be. Dr. Svetcov advised I may have to get an implant in the future but, if I could wait, the implant technology would be better in the future. He advised we could move forward and hope for the best, but I may have to redo or be in pain if it gets worse. I didn't know what to do, but I had a sick feeling in my stomach, and there were no other options offered. So I reluctantly continued and told the doctor he should have told me beforehand so I could talk to my dentist. Dr. Svetcov apologized and said he thought he told me. This made me believe it cracked after he worked on it. Anyway, when I did go to my dentist, she asked why didn't he call me or send me the photo so I could tell you whether or not to proceed. Now that it's sealed, I can't give you my professional opinion. We could have had other options. Well, I have lived with on and off pain for the past 5 years. My dentist advised we can revisit if it gets worse. But I still think they should have refunded my money or put it toward fixing the problem. Yes, a long time has passed, and yes, I have lived with it. But I won't go or recommend them again. Nor will my dentist.

Dr. Hope is an excellent Endodontist. (I am a dentist so I can assess skill level). He uses laser assisted technology, which, along with his superb technical skill, thoroughly cleans, shapes and disinfects the root canal system. I would not have a root canal performed any other way. Dr. Hope is knowledgeable and professional, with a very relaxed chair side manor. His staff is pleasant as well. A positive experience all the way around.

Very happy with the treatment! The office staff and Dr Keith Hope was very professional and knowledgeable. He explain the process before and after with clear instructions of the entire process and recovery of my root canal. I hope I don’t need any root canal but if I do I would recommend it and will come back.

This is my second visit to Dr. Kolnick and I continue to be impressed with his skill, knowledge and overall kindness. He remains on my top three list as one of the most gifted specialists in NY.

Dr. Hope was very respectful of my time, for both appointments, didn’t keep me waiting. He also took the time to explain the root canal procedure. I have experienced extremely mild pain, mostly just soreness since the procedure and the office already called, the next morning, to check in. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Everyone in the Mt Kisco office great! Made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. Dr Kolnick is wonderful and caring along with the Assistant whose name escapes me.

Dr. Hope is an excellent Endodontist. He thoroughly explained the whole procedure beforehand, including letting me know what he was doing when the procedure was being done. He was meticulously thorough in his explanations and sensitive to my comfort. Before I left, he hand-wrote directions, regarding medicines and post-surgical care. I had no post-procedure pain nor complications.
His support staff was excellent as well his assistant Simon, who was alertly attentive and medically very skilled. The receptionist was friendly. I highly recommend Advanced Enrondontics of Westchester.

I went to see Dr. Hope at the Mt. Kisco office in January 2023. I had an infected root canal and Dr. Hope explained everything in detail of what my options were. The whole procedure was painless and Dr. Hope was very kind and genuinely concerned that I have complete knowledge of what he as doing. Amy at the front desk was incredibly kind and even called me the next day to make sure I was doing OK. The whole experience went smoothly with me even having no problems getting a parking spot - there is plenty! Many thanks to Dr. Hope and his team!
