Advanced Endoscopy Center, Bronx NY

Horrible. I was scheduled at 9: 30 for a colonoscopy, literally going in at 12: 30 or 1pm. Front desk insisting I’m next and I’m not. I did my prep starved and have a headache. No consideration what’s so ever if I’m scheduled before someone that showed up after me why are they going in before. The office should be correctly scheduling then.

Still waiting to have procedure done. They don't have enough beds. Seriously. I don't recommend and I will NEVER come back!

Had a colonoscopy today. The center is well organized, facility is clean, staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. Dr. Daniel and Dr. Taylor were great and had positive energy, engaged well with the patients and staff. Highly recommend.

I went to Michael S. Ader, MD for my first colonoscopy. Dr. Ader along with his staff were polite, accommodating, informative and very comforting. A+. Looks like nothing from the outside even once you step into the lobby your like what in the world. But when you step upstairs it’s a whole different world. The place is very clean and professional. Everyone was super nice and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time getting colonoscopy so I didn’t know what to expect. Amazing place and amazing staff.

I loved my experience here. Everyone was so kind to me. They knew I was nervous but they really did a great job at helping me relax. Lots of kind hearted nurses like Jocelyn and Amy. My anesthesiologist and my GI doctor is amazing.there's nothing to say but great things. It was clean and organized. The procedure was fast and comfortable. I wish it was like this everywhere.

Everything was professional and efficient. No concerns. Would come back. Dr. Ader explained my results of colonoscopy clearly and I left in under the estimated time.

Worst experience ever. Went in at 10am for a10: 45 appointment. It was 2: 30pm and I still had not been called. I would not recommend this institution to anyone. And I'm not even speaking about the procedure itself. SMH

The staff was warm, professional and friendly. Dr Reich and the team made the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend for your GI proceedure.

This was my second visit here and the staff were friendly, very professional and efficient. I was treated respectfully through out the procedure.

Couldn’t have wished to have my upper endoscopy anywhere else. Dr Katz and his team is amazing. It’s a super clean and friendly environment. I was super nervous because I had to be put asleep and have biopsy’s taken from my stomach, but everyone there made sure I was comfortable and well aware of the entire process. I recommend 100%!
