Dr. Bekker is professional, knowledgeable and caring with outstanding bedside manners. Office is clean, comfortable, well equipped. Front desk and nurses are polite, helpful and kind.

The women at the reception are incredibly rude.they are not helpful by saying that i don't understand my accent and they are quite rude. I regret getting service from here, they were not helpful at all.

Natalya from front seat was so RUDE! I can’t believe that people can talk like that with customers! It’s unbelievable! I don’t want to see the doctor only because of this rude woman in front desk! Please teach your employees how to talk to customers in a human tone!

The waiting time is more than hour. And very rough to the patient. Doctor prescribed me 2 medicines from yeast infection which aren't recommended during breast feeding. I called in the office and asked to change the medicine on more safety, but the only answer was: don't use, if you don't want, but won't give you any other medication. I think it's unacceptable!

After my call and conversation with the front desk woman super rude i cried this is not Russia this is America dont like it dont work and you have no right to be rude to sick people

I had an appointment at 10 am, arrived the office 15 mins before, it is almost 12 pm now, i still did not see the doctor yet. Alot of people who came after me, had been seen by the doctor, i feel like they forgot about me, or there is no order in this office. What is the point of making appointments.

If you have nothing to do for the whole day then book this doctor. My appointment was 10: 30 1pm I was still waiting. Terrible waiting time. I left without seeing no doctor!

Doctor Faina Akselrod is amazing - charming, beautiful, delicate, attentive, respectful, professional. Very knowledgeable and gives very clear explanations and answers, is very reassuring and supportive.
5 stars are not enough to rate the service all the doctors and other wonderful ladies in this office provide to their patients, everyone is so understanding, patient and helpful.

The doctors here are warm and friendly, they’re really great. But the staff was beyond disrespectful. I couldn’t get one sentence out before getting cut off ever single time. They kept hanging up on me. The lady was screaming my name cutting me off while I’m asking for appointment times. Disgusting customer service skills. I wish I could give 0 stars. It amazes me how people continue to come to the office. Never again. All I needed was a refill on medication.

This place was warm inviting. The ladies was very professional it was quick clean Everyone knew their job and very nice would recommend women to go there
