A five star facility with caring people. Alison Hoffmann is a consummate professional and at the same time friendly and attentive to my concerns.

I called Advanced Hearing on a Wednesday and they had an appointment for me on Thursday and when I walked into the office, I actually had to ask if I was in the right place because this office was Absolutely Beautiful and then 5 minutes later Dr. Patricia Salmulone came out to take me to her office and Wow is all I can say, Dr Patricia is just an awesome person who is a Professional's Professional and
Dr. Patricia then conducted the tests that are necessary to know if your Hearing has Diminished to the point of requiring Hearing Aids, in which my case I did require Hearing Aids, Then Dr. Patricia throughly explained how they work and the different models they offer, Dr. Patricia discusses other things that are going on with you in your life, Which to me added another level of Professionalism, Dr. Patricia is truly a wonderful Woman who just happens to be an Audiologist, If you need to book a Hearing test, book it with Advanced Hearing Center they are located on 19th st.easily accessible from the 1 train and Definitely request Dr. Patricia, what a wonderful person, woman, and Caring Audiologist. I saw Dr Hoffmann on Tuesday the 9th February 2021 and couldn't have been happier with my experience. She and her staff were professional and courteous throughout my visit. Dr Hoffmann was thorough and clearly takes pride in her work. Like most things in life there are always options but I wouldn't hesitate on recommending the Dr Hoffmann and the Advance Hearing Centre.

I was reluctant to go to my appointment today because of the pandemic, but all worries were erased when I approached the office. They purposefully scheduled patients far apart so no one was in the waiting room when I arrived early. Great care and CDC protocol was in place. I felt very comfortable being there and so glad I went. The staff (Elizabeth) and Dr. Hoffman exceed expectations in their care.

Several locations around Manhattan makes it convenient. Visiting Advanced Hearing is a "journey" not a one shot deal. Best part is they'll work with you to correct any problem.
