4I recently had an MRI and I couldnt be happier about how I was treated at Baybrook, I have claustrophobia and my concerns were taken very seriously, the staff was great treated me with respect and the technician was so kind and considerate I managed to make it through the MRI, I highly recommend this facility.
I always have a pleasant experience no matter how much I might dislike what needs doing medically, they make me as comfortable as possible & get it over as quickly as possible too. There used to be a K-cup coffee free in waiting area but they took that out during pandemic I'm assuming is why, I miss that coffee! The plus to the pandemic is my imaging has never been faster than now! Keep up your great work!
The Staff are so kind and polite from the second you walk in there, very clean and welcoming in the office. The Technicians are very thoughtful and adapting to the patient and their needs. I highly recommend this place for a comforting testing facility.
This is one of my best experiences at a medical diagnostic imaging center. The staff were polite and respectful. The person that set me up for the MRI was wonderful.
