Advanced Specialty Care - OBGYN, Commack NY

I had a great experience with the providers here, and was planning to stay here for maternal care during my second pregnancy. However, the staff responsible for answering phones and making appointments is horrendous. I have spend literally hours waiting on hold over the course of a week, and the phones are never answered. If you do get an answer, you can expect rude, indifferent treatment and passive aggressive comments. This has been the biggest source of stress during my pregnancy, and I can’t tolerate it. I’m changing practices. They need to get their administrative practices worked out.
