AdvantageCare Physicians - Clove Road Medical Office, Staten Island NY

My son went there today he is asthmatic. He had a fever. His job requires him to get checked and due to the nature of things of course they wanted him to be checked for the virus. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.they took his temp and he had one and then told him he didn't fit the criteria to be tested but did nothing else and told him he can go to city med down the street. This is a very stressful time but when your are in this field as I am being rude and unprofessional just makes it worse.
City Med did a fabulous job handling him and comforting him

Now undergoing construction changes, but easy to navigate, personnel is helpful, and pays attention to you and your privacy. Certain offices require a long wait which is minus one star.

You have the worst blood draw
Lab I have ever been though. One, you can't even hear or understand the person calling your name two, your waiting forever
I always go outside to a blood draw lab! Unfortunately today I had to come here and again it proves me right on how bad it is.

I have been to several advantage care and it’s really unorganized. U try to contact the place and no one ever calls you back. Some staff very unprofessional. Really considering change my insurance and go to private doctors for better treatment.

They have no idea about the services they provide. They scheduled me for bloodwork at Clove Rd, it turned out they do not provide that service at that location. You guys are a joke!

Worst place to come if you need to pick up a referral Been waiting almost 1 1/2 hours! No regard for urgency

Second time I drove all the way there to find out they closed early at least they left a hand written note on the entrance for me this time

Urgent care was horrible. Don’t recommend for others. May be this my last day. I don’t wanna come here again. No care at all. God bless patients

If you have any kind of conditions that need to be taken care of ASAP (and lets be honest it’s always like this when you go to GI doctor) DON’T go there! Idk why they are taking new patients when the wait line to see you doc for follow up is 1,5 months, to do colonoscopy and endoscopy 1,5-2 months. It’s just ridiculous

This place is run by incompetent people.the staff could not be any more useless. They are clueless, uneducated and gum chewing broads! If you want to suffer in pain and get mistreated and misdiagnosed.go to this slaughter house.

Mri today did not work for me. Dark tunnel, no music and there was a door open to outside from my dressing room. Was not to happy about that. Now have to find open MRI.

What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you still have to WAIT ENDLESSLY? ! When your child is sick this is NOT what you want to do!
Staff has NO IDEA what their role is! Heave absolutely no clue about the customer service! Instead, it feels like they’re correction officers and patients/inmates are there to annoy them and they need to be punished!

Brought my mom here as a followup to an emergency room visit which led tp a one week stay. She is weak and incontinent. Over an hour later she still sits. And they finally asked "can we help you". And responded "we're waiting for a room". Horrible place.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with these doctors. Yes the wait is long, but that is what you get when you go to a doctors office. Pediatrics is good and informative and the urgent care comes in handy! I love that you can see a PCP and specialist in the same building on the same day if need be. They also have a lab and radio imaging on site.

Doctors are fine issues are that they ask you to come 15 min early and they don’t take you for at least an hour later. Don’t waste your time!

This is one of the best urgent care centers on the island. Dr Schrippa and the nurse practioner are very professional, friendly, and actually diagnose you properly. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Dr louka is amazing - all of k is great, and radiology is awesome. They’re doing their jobs and if it’s busy WAIT! It’s a DOC OFFICE and multiple people are in the same boat. Great people who care ️

Dr. Habib in PODIATRY is magnificent. He treated a bone infection from a previous dpm's mistake. He removed hardware and cleaned out the bone infection. I had to go to short term rehabilitation but it WAS worth it. The previous doctor WANTED TO AMPUTATE THE TOE. Dr. HABIB IS EXCELLENT AND I RECOMMENDED HIM TO 2 OF MY FRIENDS.

Staff at the front desk are rude and the wait time is over 4 hrs with only about 8 patients in the waiting room. I don’t recommend anyone to go here at all
