Nice office space, friendly staff. Be prepared at certain times because the parking is horrible.

Very nice center. Staff is very friendly and professional. Parking can be a challenge because it is a very busy center.

Generally nice staff who seem pretty well versed in their own policy and how it effects patients. The parking arrangement is obnoxious and the weekend hours are outrageous. I suppose they want to funnel people into urgent care units anyway they can.

This organization is impossible to communicate with, they have a web portal which they force you into because it is an impossibility to call and speak to a NP/PA/DR yet they coldly ignore requests submitted through the web portal. To put this into context, in order for me to get test results, I had to call the administrator to file complaints, twice, within three months. JUST TO GET THE RESULTS OF MY BLOOD TEST! If you want an organization that cares about your health and wellbeing, and will partner with you, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere.

I am a relatively young, healthy individual, thankfully. Visiting the doctor is only done to make use of the preventative care that is included in my health coverage. On multiple occasions, this office has coded my visit for something else, even though I had specifically asked to limit it to what is included in a annual checkup. Therefore, every time I go here, my insurance and myself are billed excessively. When I try to resolve, the billing department only reads what is coded and cannot do anything about it. I've gone through two PCPs. They seem to be leaving at an alarming rate. Nothing ever goes right when I come here. I've given it my last shot and will be looking elsewhere. In a large facility such as this, in my experience, the physicians and staff are not personable and don't seem to give the care that I'm looking for. It seems as if money is the top concern, not patient care. Don't be deceived by the sleek and modern exterior.

Last Dr I saw, Dr.ward, was there temporarily and she didn't do anything during my physical exam. All she did was ask me a bunch of questions. Exam was 5 mins, tops. Had lab work done, but they haven't released my results to me.and this was back in July. Ever since the veteran doctors left, things seem to have gone downhill. None of the primary care Dr's take my insurance. So now I have to look elsewhere for the medical treatment I need.

AdvantageCare Physicians - Lake Success Medical Office 1991 Marcus Avenue, 2nd Floor, Lab & Reception. This place is terrible. They give terrible medical advice. They do not care about the senior citizens. They just want the insurance money. They keep waste the visitor time, keeping them in the exam room for hours while they chit chat about their personal life. The examination rooms are flithy and dirty. Dirty floors, with medical waste, guaze, tissues littering the exam room floors. The restrooms are unsanitary. The receptionist & check in staff are rude, snide, unprofessional, unaccomodating & obtuse. They do not offer help. They just want to use the senior citizens so they can bill & get the insurance money out of them in addition to charging co-payments. They don't have enough licensed, credentialed doctors on staff. They try to push nurse practicioners and sell if off as a medical doctor. They violate the patients right to privacy. They ask inappriopriate questions. They medical staff give bad medical advice & don't care. I quote, one doctor said. "I don't work for free. " Don't waste your time. They are not clean. They are dirty, corrupt, arrogrant and rude. It is obvious the front desk registration people don't like their job. They are not helpful. July 2018

I called and the receptionist who answered was rude and wasn’t helpful, she was going in circles and it lead to more questions than answers. Customer service sucks and she was very uninformative. We weren’t even done with the conversation and she hung up.

I rated them a 2 due to the fact they only have one Dr.there. All the Dr quit, that has to tell you something about this location. They just left their patients hanging.

I would normally give 3 stars because the staff, not the organization, is good. But four PCPs have keft since March. No notice was officially given to their patients. Dr. Loona personally msged me that she was leaving. ACPNY notified me two months after she had left. I signed on with Dr. Perdick, but when I saw him he said he too was leaving and the facilitator should have told me. There are well over a thousand regular patients in Lake Success and there is but one PCP, and no new ones on the horizon. My surgeon has left, my urologist. I have referrals in need of renewal by October and of course my BP meds. This entire organization has slid downhill like a slalom skier since ACPNY took over from QLIMG. I am thinking of moving across Marcus Ave to Pro Health, but I fear they will be inundated with patients moving to ACPNY.

Dr. Loona is bright, personable and capable. Always prompt and informative. She stays in good communication. Very good experience and comes highly recommended by me. GS

BY FAR THE WORST HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE. Dr Ramsaroop's staff is the most confused staff I have ever dealt with.

Customer service is horrific, people from the office have literally said " i dont know what to do" and one time even said "I don't know your insurance is prob expired". I checked with my insurance company, my insurance is fine. They try to not deal with patients and just find ways to hang up the phone. If something changes they do not even have the courtesy to call with an update, they wait until you call or come in.

My family and I have been going to this office for years and have been dealing with their inconsiderate staff, its time for a new PCP. My advice is to go to ANYONE else, many of my friends are in internal medicine and are family care physicians and they recommended I stay far far away from this office.

They do not care for their patients, visits are in and out. They seem to run their healthcare system as a factory more than a patient centric healthcare center.
