AdvantageCare Physicians - Kings Highway Medical Office reviews
11This medical office is amazing, had a great experience from the receptionist to Dr Nadia Burnazi. Everyone is so welcoming and nice Dr. Burnazi is so patient and amazing I recommend.
Not a great experience at this place. For starters, they lost my paperwork, which I needed to submit by a certain date, with no wiggle room. I left several messages through their call center and emailed the nurse that helped me and never heard back. I finally had to go back over, at which point I was told that they had lost the paperwork altogether and had to start over. Luckily I had a printout of the pdf on me. I was also told in no uncertain terms that *everything* was covered by my insurance (I even asked again just to double-check, because insurance companies are not known for their generosity) and fast forward to a month later, I receive a bill for $40.00 and change. Not a good look.
The Quest Diagnostics people were awesome though.
Ughh terrible place.
They will make you wait and wait even when the place is completely empty!
The doctor with the stuff are in one room laughing while I’m waiting.
No one was there to check me out and That took another good 30min.
Completely waste of my time
There is a very helpful and kind people. I went there my Health problem all personnel helped me specially doctor Luisa Guerriera. She is very knowledgeable friendly and discussing your health problem with you and finding solutions for your health problem. She is very professional. Thank you for everything and your help i recommend this place.
Years back this was a clinic exclusively for HIP patients back when HIP was a non profit. It was disorganized and chaotic back then and is still a shambles. The doctors change frequently and the front desk personnel are generally ill mannered and rude, not to mention as stupid as a tree stump. If you can AVOID THIS PLACE, DO IT!
I am really disappointed in advance care for assigning this horrible person to pediatrics. Nurse Rhonda was extremely rude, she has no patience with children and she doesn’t have good bed side manner. I visited the wonderful Dr. Chiu’s office and had to encounter her. Please move her to another section of the facility or get rid of her all together.
She just doesn’t have the care and nurturing demeanor that most have working at advantage care. Other than that, Advance Care is a wonderful place for all of your Heath care needs, you just hired the wrong person.
Thanks,
Jess~
I visited this place since was the first choice and a "Preferred Provider" when I did a research from my insurance company. Big mistake.
The receptionist and nurses were very curteous and helpful.
I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and given a prescription. The prescribed medication could not be found in any pharmacy. I contacted them the same day, no response. I called the next day and explained the situation and nothing was done. I went back in person on the third day. They spoke with the pharmacy and after that I thought it will be resolved. They send the same prescription for the same medication that was not available anywhere.
Now my blood pressure is higher than before visiting this facilities.
By the way, the receptionist, nurses and the Quest Diagnostic Labs were very helpful and that's why I gave 2
That luva reeves the nurse practitioner is so disrespectful and needs to lose her job, I never been so disrespected in my life, she told me nothing is wrong with me even though I indicated to her that my blood sugar be high and I be feeling lightheaded. I do have to remember she isn’t a doctor, she is only a NP. She needs to lose her job. I should of reported her to her supervisor.
I have taken my son several times to this location. Every time I visit the staff has been very accommodating to my son. This is especially important as my son is autistic and has a mood disorder. Thankfully, the staff has been both patient and kind to him.
The "Quest Diagnostics" place here was utter trash. I came in to get a simple blood test, a process that should take a few seconds. Needle in, needle out. Not here. Here, the sorry excuse for a nurse took 6 tries to find the vein, and then still had to switch to the other arm. Ridiculous. Will never be returning again.
Place is unprofessional. First of all the sign say have 2 forms of ID.when I was called to desk I was asked my birthday out loud. Then I was asked my address out loud so i hand over my ID card and was still asked for my address out loud. When I explained to the Dr. What my problem was he turned it into a joke. This was after hour care. Workers needs better training.
