Receptionists taking personal calls while waiting on line is not a good look. Older women would be expected to understand this
The receptionists on the main floor lack ppl skills and are very inhumane, they turned my 1 year old who was having an allergic reaction away because I didn’t have my insurance card on hand. Mind you this is my primary doctors office. I was told to go to the emergency room.
Very good and tedious doctors that care about their patients. Would definitely recommend Dr. Tygaraj — she reassured that my eyes were healthy and gave a myriad of tests to ensure my eyes were in good shape!
Front desk receptionists on the second floor are horrible and very rude. The doctors don’t communicate with patients. Dropped off a physical form in the beginning of February. Never received any confirmation of the form being completed by my doctor (kevin) and when I returned march 13 to figure out what happened to my form the doctor never even bothered to fill it out. Do not come here you will definitely be disappointed.
First step to make a decision regarding any medical office is "parking". And the marking is hard to find in this street.
Advantage Care Physicians are usually good. However, specifically this office is not good at all. They have extremely poor customer service skills and are very lackadaisical. I try my best not to come to this office but for convenience sometimes I have to come here and I dread it every time.
I suggest if it is not an emergency plan to go to a different office. Even if it is an emergency you are better off going somewhere else.
Awful service! My doctor cancelled my appointment twice and each time they gave me an appointment for 3 weeks after I was originally scheduled to see a physician. After the THIRD cancellation I was so frustrated that I changed my primary care doctor to another location that didn't require a 1 month waiting period to see someone.
