8Advantage care offers no care! This place is horrible, from the front desk to the doctors. It's very hard to get an appointment with a competent doctor. This place is under staffed and most of the staff is rude and lazy. Very unorganized place!
Super dissatisfied with the doctor afáf she is not professional at all instead of giving me the attention I deserve in front of me she starts talking badly about the staff believing that I didn't understand anything she doesn't look at you she doesn't ask if I have any pain she doesn't even touch you properly to know if everything is okay, the worst doctor
Clean, and brand new looking plastering all over. Gives a very fresh feeling. Friendly staff as well.
Investigation of visit to pcp Dr jitendra at 9610 is pending. There is more to be learned at the medical office will let u know in 12 weeks time.thanks.
Advantage Care at Metropolitan ave the half way point of Queens into Brooklyn NYC. & In my experience this medical Office has been ok to me. Catch our other review comments for the other offices. Be well & enjoy the rest of your day.
Jessica, she works in gynecology center, not even a real gynecologist. She doesn’t even deserve one star, but I cannot move forward without giving a star. She doesn’t listen to you, she tells u something and writes something else on her note. She gave me a pill and didn’t discuss with me why she giving it to me. She put me on birth control then put me off and then asked me if I’m still on it coz on her note she wrote I’m still taking it. And this advantage care lost my blood and I had to do it again.
Complete disregard to patients and their symptoms. Dr. Afaf Akhnoukh told me I’m basically making up the wheezing noise she’s hearing with my throat and listed no shortness of breath when I clearly told her I did. Disregarded my dermatology referral request without even hearing what I needed it for. Definitely switching my provider as soon as I can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Dr. Afaf Akhnoukh is VERY unprofessional! She doesn't listen, talks over you, and is very condescending! I feel like she doesn't take the time to understand my concerns and I feel very rushed. She literally explains what she "thinks" you should do as she's walking out the door! Mind you I ALWAYS have to wait 15-20 minutes to see her, even when I am early to my appointments! Yesterday was the LAST time I will see her! She has been no help to me!
