I placed a small order and requested specific samples they were very kind and sent me more than what I asked for. Thank you Robert for all your help. Hard to find places like this … very grateful they exist!

Customer service wasn’t really nice. You can only go to the front of the store. And someone brings the perfume up and lets you smell a sample.

Thank you so much for your outstanding service Aedes! I order perfume and samples from several places and Aedes confirms my orders and shipping on the same day! No one else does that! I don’t know if they are always like this but so far for me it’s been that way and that includes the decants I order. My order arrives promptly or a day before. I also got free samples similar to the scents I was interested in. Packaging is also great! Highly recommend them for holiday gifts and for perfume sampling!

Aedes’ insistence on “counter consultation only” means you can’t browse by yourself or even *look* to see what’s in the store past the home care section. I’m sure it’s great if that’s what you need. But it’s condescending and irritating for people who don’t shop by “scent profile” or whatever. Strongly dislike this trend. Try Scent Bar instead, where you can choose to be guided or not.
