This place is ridiculous. I have an appointment that I am currently in the waiting room for and it is unbelievable. I had a 1: 30pm appointment and it is not 3: 14pm and I have not been seen at all. The waiting room was packed with patients and not following any sort of COVID guidelines. On top of this, the patient with a 1: 00pm appointment wasn't seen until 2: 40pm, so I know that the entire queue is out of whack. This is completely unacceptable and inconsiderate of people's time and energy. It is unfathomable that a professional office would ever schedule a patient during a pandemic in a big city and leave them in an overcrowded waiting room with many so patients and do absolutely nothing to even attempt to remedy the situation. On top of this, with all of the traffic in and out of the office, there has been no sanitizing of the seats or doors. Despicable.

I schedule a dentist appointment about 2 weeks ago, they asked me what insurance I have to verify if it'll be accepted. They say my insurance is accepted and I'm all set. Why the day before my appointment they call me back and say my insurance is not accepted? And I have to pay $100 at least just for X-rays. This place is dumb.

. They called me to inform me that I was due for a cleaning. I took the day off work which I’m already short on sick days. They reminded me several times several days before my appointment with the automated caller and press 1 to confirm. On the day of the appointment I got ONE missed call from their office at 9: 36am. I assumed that was another reminder for my appointment I thought nothing of it. Showed up to my 2: 30pm appointment for the ladies in the front to tell me ohh we’re closed today. So I just wasted my time, gas and sick day for nothing. And they were sitting there if you didn’t get me after 9 why not call 10,11,12,1 or even 2. You called so many times for me to confirm the appointment and only called once to tel me it’s canceled. I will be changing my dentist! Thank you very much. Goodbye

I was scheduled for a 2: 00 pm appointment this afternoon. I was running late so I decided to take an Uber car service from South Ozone Park to her dental office on Church Avenue and East 53rd Street which cost me $29.55. I arrived on time only to wait in the front area for a very long time. I was finally seated in the back office at around 4: 30 pm at which time I was agitated. I noticed other patients seated in the passing rooms on my way to room #5 in the rear. Upon Dr. Vikototiya Fatakhova entering the room, I expressed my displeasure with the extremely long wait, to which she apologized. Thereafter she expressed she had other customers teeth she needed to work on. I asked her how much longer I would have to wait she answered she didn’t know. I’m a DC 37 member and I highly recommend my fellow union members use another dentist who accepts Delta insurance. This dentist does not respect the community she serves. She feels she can keep the Black community waiting in her waiting room hours on end. I find her behavior unacceptable and I definitely won’t be returning to her dental office.

Front desk and dentist was very short and rude. As a first time patient, I expected it to take a little longer since I had to do paperwork but I sat there for nearly three hours to only be seen for 20 minutes and get a terrible (and wet!) teeth cleaning. I was then told my insurance doesn’t cover my procedure, even though I spoke with my insurance and they told me it was indeed covered. The facility is outdated and not very clean.

It disappointing when healthcare professionals come into neighborhoods they don’t care about and provide them with poor service and low quality healthcare.

I came in the office as a first time patient, and the waiting area is NOT COVID19 friendly! There was not a drop of sanitizer to be seen, and the receptionist had her mask under her nose! The waiting area had too many seats for such a small space. If it wasn't for this toothache and the fact that most other dentists are closed, I would have walked right out!

No concern for human health in these dangerous times, just about the mighty dollar.

This is the only dentist I use in East Flatbush, even though there are plenty of other dental clinics around. This little dental office near me offers all the dental services I would ever need and the prices are unbeatable.

This clinic definitely has the best cosmetic dentist in East Flatbush. The dental implants look gorgeous. I was afraid at first, but the dentist worked with great care. It didn't hurt at all during the procedure.

This dental office near me in East Flatbush really exceeded my every expectation. My dad recommended the dentist as a true professional. Frankly, I have only words of praise for this amazing doctor. Wow!

The dental is very rude and in professional he jus care about the money and not the patients, I went there to get fillings I get there and he did was exam my mouth and give me and referral to kings county. But still bill my insurance mad money

This dentist is horrible. This dentist is just greedy for money. They have old-fashioned Dental seats and instruments. They’re not even up to date with the new dental technology. Don’t ever get your root canals done here! All patients that has gotten their root canal done here has had problems with it after. This dentist isn’t good at all, especially the boss. All these reviews are fake. The boss writes his own reviews. Don’t be fooled by these twenty people who have 5 stars. They’re all fake. I warned you! Don’t you dare step your foot in that dentist if you want to have good teeth.

I found this clean little clinic while I was searching for a dentist near me. I never expected the doctor and the nurses to be so amazing. I literally left with a smile on my face, even though I had 2 dental implants done.

My mom and I both recommend AFAM Dental. None of the other dentists in the city offer such quality dental services. And truth be told, the prices are very affordable (considering the level of quality).

This is by far the best cosmetic dentist near me. I live in East Flatbush and truth be told, not many dentists can boast about such excellent dental services and bedside manners. I'd go to this clinic again, guaranteed.

These dentists took great care of my elderly father. The dental crowns were installed fast and the process was pretty much painless. Also, it's worth noting that the doctor and the nurses were very patient and understanding. Thank you very much.
