AFC Urgent Care East Meadow

There was a big of a wait but to be expected. The receptionists are well trained I saw them handle a very difficult customer right before me. Very happy with the device. Dr was amazing. Explained everything and walked me out. Professional and courteous!

I did a walk-in for a booster. There was a long wait, I think approx 1.5 hrs. I'm guessing because of omicron everyone is looking to get the boosters.

Too many people were being rude to the people working the desk though as if higher demand is somehow the fault of people working. The workers were professional however and very helpful and I appreciate their patience.

Quick, efficient, clean, and friendly staff. Had PCR results by the next day. This will always be my go to spot for testing and emergencies!

Excellent care! I was treated right away…. Sign in was easy wait was less then 10 min and I was seen by a profession PA very nice professional and caring! He was attentive understood my concerns and reassured me I was going to be ok! Everyone working here are knowledgeable and kind professional people! Def my go to urgent care facility!

Everyone at AFC is great. My regular doctor is very far, so when I need quick care AFC fits the bill. They take good care of me, explain what is going on, and do what is needed to make me feel better. I can't praise them highly enough.

The doctors and staff are very professional. The office was very clean, & sanitary and they did not make you feel rushed. All are very sweet and work very hard in making your trip there for whatever reason a good one.

I want to say ; i went to urgent care this evening with my mother in law i had a asthma attack and needed a neb treatment. And i had a pa-c named Sachin ; i must say he was very soft spoken, explained everything in a level so i can understand it. And he was personally so good to my son. Gave him the opportunity to talk. Very well. Very well

Such an amazing urgent care! I am beyond happy with the care that was provided today by physician and staff. They were so kind and giving. Brought my son in for a sinus and ear pain. The med tech first took his vitals and noticed he had a fever and gave him water to ease him. Next they wanted to provide multiple tests to see what can be the possible cause and provided medication to help with fever in the meantime of getting back a respiratory panel of possible virus infection. 'Fingers crossed' but I am very pleased with this urgent care. Thanks everyone!
