Awesome service and very well knowledged! Highly recommend anyone that needs PCR result for traveling to visit this Urgent Care!

The doctor was listening to all the details about my discomfort that I told her. She also slowly instructed me how to care for myself including the direction of the medications.

I came here for a PCR test. I am fully insured and gave the front desk guy my insurance. He processed it and said I had a $50 co-pay. I asked “but aren’t these test still free” he said “no, that’s over”. Because I needed my test I paid. The next day I call my insurance and not only did they confirm that they fully cover all Covid related testing but that ANYONE with insurance has full coverage for Covid related tests until January 10 as instructed by the Department of Health. For this place to charge me and also not have updated information, reflects as intentionally overcharging clients and assuming that they won’t follow up with their insurance. It’s abusive and inconsiderate. Their facility was clean and I was only there for about 20 minutes but to know that they operate under those intentions is horrible. Whoever runs finance department should be up to date on those terms. If you come here PLEASE call your insurance first or while you are there.

The lady in the front desk is friendly, but the nurse don’t know how to perform a blood test. It’s the second time I have been here, both times cause bruising. And the bruising got larger and larger, last around 2-3 week. Will not recommend to friend and family.

I just visited this urgent care yesterday. All workers is very friendly, and the doctor very professional. At beginning my daughter kind of scared, but with the doctor’s help, she becomes very cooperating with him. No crying finished all the check up. Also, the report comes out very fast.

I want to say great service. Receptionist was very nice and extremely helpful when I called. The doctor was excellent.
