AFC Urgent Care Hartsdale

It’s the place that you would recommend to your friends in a heartbeat. Clean, quiet, warm and welcoming.
Had to do student/employment Covid test. Called in advance, and they actually picked up. Showed up and they gave me the form to fill out and told me about the wait time.
Less than an hour later, I was tested and attended by a doctor, in a very friendly and welcoming fashion. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Worst experience at afc urgent care I understand that people made appointments to be seen, however sitting in a waiting room in pain for almost an hour watching people walk in and get taken to the back when their coming in three at a time and your alone is unacceptable. I have been to other urgent care centers and was seen within the first 20 even if people have appointments ahead. I Left at 6: 40pm it is now 6: 57pm in less then 6 mins I am already being seen for the pain and told what I can do to manage it if it wasn’t for my job I would of never went to afc it wasn’t my first choice and after this I would never step foot in that center again I would I could give a negative star.

I went in to get stitches twice and no complaints. They are efficient and almost no wait time. They are great and I’d recommend this urgent care. Really efficient

Today’s visit to AFC urgent care was first rate. Greeting me was their manager, Lisa who asked why I was in need of their services and I explained the necessity for my visit. The forms were filled out and the wait time less than 10 minutes. Anna’s their medical assistant was efficient, thorough and asked all the right questions referring to the proper forms created for patient intake needs. Enrique the other medical assistant was working with another patient and found time before I left to see how I was doing.
Dr. Jankowska was able to discern and assess my issues and suggested although it’s Sunday to contact the medical provider that did the procedure involved. I did just that and he stated the need for a visit on Tuesday and said he was glad that I went to have this matter addressed. Once again AFC proves to be a first rate urgent care with a five star staff.

When I bring someone very ill to this location and me being over 50 and the patient is over 50, how does one ask, if I'm her father? Are we taking this serious yet?
I came here for myself prior only to be treated rudely and offensively, I never returnednor will I. Any response to this review will not be accepted.

HORRIBLE. I was just there and the lady at the front desk told me it would be a 20 min wait but it ended up being a 2 HOUR WAIT. They could of told me that so I could of went to another urgent care. When I got in the nurse checked up on me and I had to wait another 30 mins for the doctor to actually come in the room. Ugh such a time waster and the doctors are no help. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star if I had a choice.

I called Ceara told me she would help me with my medical records, she was very accommodating & quick.

Been here for almost 4 hours. It’s not crowded so not sure what the problem is (8 people were here when we walked in). If they are short staffed they should have let us know it’d be a long wait when we checked in and we could’ve gone elsewhere. They also took in before us people who came in after us. RIDICULOUS. Will never come here again.

I've been coming here since it was Doctors Express. The staff is very patient and understanding.
The doctor and support staff are kind and they make sure you understand everything they have said to you.

I went there for the first time, wait time was average for a doctors office. Staff was nice enough and attentive. It is flu season, saw them because I’m feeling very ill, I feel like the doctor has minimized the diagnosis that she came up with, I’ve been sick in bed for 5 days with sinusitis?
I was just thinking I need to be re-evaluated.

When taking the drug test the doctors stay close by u neva been to a test site that such thing happens like what can I possibly do using the bathroom i would of neva came if that's the case smh neva again.

Pleasant visit despite the reason to be there. Everyone was very nice and polite. And also very patient. No bad feedback.

Miserable Service. After failing to update my address on their part when I had told them, I never received a co-pay balance. They sent to collections rapidly. Got real sick and showed up just to say I owed $75 to be seen and it’s a $50 co pay all of a sudden, double from last time. This is after having me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes extremely sick before saying anything. Don’t go here. I know I, or anyone I know, never will again.

The staff was very friendly and Dr. Jankowska was awesome. I received excellent service from Michelle and Enrique. I would return!

From the second I entered the facility I was treated with kindness. I was seen by the Dr in the time I was told and the Dr had knowledge to share with me and helped within minutes. I was not rushed at all.

Always prompt, excellent, thorough visits. Very clean. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The doctor takes the time to talk to you and discuss your complaints and diagnosis. I have been absolutely thrilled at the care I have received here over the last several years. Not one complaint.

First time using Urgent Care and it was a grrat experience. Super friendly and helpful staff! Was seen quickly. Facility is lovely and clean.

I have used this urgent care many times for myself and for my kids. The doctors are so kind and thorough. Highly recommend.
