Affordable Dentures & Implants, Vestal NY

After a long time and many bumps, failures even though the best intentions were made I finally went back to the vestal office and the new Dr Tady Sadek took me in and refined and repaired my implants and they have never felt better. A great and friendly staff, I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars! Gary Block.

The Dr's and the rest of the team are great. They are doing a great job and are very polite. I was very pleased with the way the dentures fit and was very comfortable with them. I give this office 5 stars from the receptionist to all the staff members.

This place is awesome they helped make my smile better! They do what they can to work with you. I I00% recommend this place!

Would not recommend. Got my permanent set and the teeth are off centered. I got the lowest price package which i understand would be a lower quality denture but general appearance just still atleast be good not noticeably off centered.

Excellent denture check up with Dr. Sadat. He was informative and above fair. Everyone was nice and I highly recommend them!

They were incredible. I am going through a very rough cancer and had broken my dentures that were already old and unfitting. I was so worried that I'd go home for Christmas where my whole family was gathering to see me and not be able to smile at them. The team was so kind to me and worked with me until my new dentures were perfect and they finished them fast! Kim is a artist, I've worn dentures for a long time so from experience I can say this is beautiful work! I am so glad I chose this office. Everyone was so kind

Ever since the new doctors came in, this place and their crew has been amazing. I have to admit that I grew really frustrated with how things were going under the previous management, they were jerking me around and not documenting anything they were doing. So even with lack of documentation these guys still managed to help me in a timely manner, and have been super gracious and kind to me. Thank you sooo much!

I drove 1 1/2 hours to an appointment made several weeks ago. Lady at the desk was friendly. Started filling out paperwork, only to be told that the lab tech had called off so my new dentures could not be made. They then told me I could drive either to Albany or Wilkes-Barre…. Maybe they could do them. Wilkes-Barre was another 1 1/2 hour drive, Albany another 2+ hours. Since I’m flying back to Alaska tomorrow, there is no way to change my appointment. Needless to say, I’m pretty much furious.

I arrived today and they were very busy. After I got in exam room we discussed treatment plan. I drive 2 hours to get their and a few things that should have been done before I got their weren't done. They walked me through what I needed to do and put me back in the position to start my process today.took my impressions and got my next appointment set up. I leave for vacation in the middle of next month and they are working hard to get my dentures before I go. Thanks so much

They are all very nice and concerning there! Especially when the nerves get the best of you! They turned the music up, and made sure I was relaxed before they started anything. Dr. Sadek is amazing! Highly recommend for anyone that has the dentist anxiety like I do

One of the most unprofessional denture places. I have driven back and forth 1hr each way many times to be told that there technician isn't there. God forbid anyone use the phone. The worst part is I don't think they care at all. I'm righting this as I sit in there office waiting for some God damn assistance

Had one appointment, we made a plan I’ve called several times, left voicemails to get in for another appointment. Nobody answers the phone or calls back. They were amazing when I was able to get in but it’s a struggle to get ahold of anyone to even start fixing my teeth.

I paid a lot of money for implants, rather than getting dentures because I thought this would be a better alternative. However I just have dentures. After driving over 2 hours several times a month and then several times a year, now after 3 years I still have issues. My "implants" still do not fit properly, and I am informed that there will now be and additional charge for any adjustments, although I was told they guaranteed for 7 years. Buyers beware

Do NOT go here! This place has been nothing but a nightmare, 6 months turn into 2 years and still not complete. Ur dentist/doctors will change each time u arrive and nobody knows what theyre doing

I have been trying to get a refund since 8/5/22
I pd for dentures then got covid and couldn't go in to ha e work done
Now I need the money to keep from getting evicted and they will not respond d

Won’t answer their phones for an emergency ZERO stars due. Highly disappointed take your money ignore the calls!
