Affordable is tops! Upgrade appts right on time! Total cost always known before hand and very reasonable. I had Solomon’s for awhile in our old home and Affordable is head and shoulders above them! Jeffery is always available for help or answers! On the few times we set the alarm off by accident monitoring dept responded in less than 1 minute asking if police were needed!
I have had Jeff do my home security in all my previous and current residence and would not look anywhere else. His system is extremely reliable. Service is always amazing. Always responds in a timely fashion whenever you need him. Always patient when you have questions. He even answers his phone even while on vacation! I trust him well enough that over the years i consider him a great friend! If i had to do it all over again, Jeff is always the guy! I take pride in what i do in my own profession and i do it with the highest integrity. Jeff is the same.
Unprofessional and rude. Doorbell camera never works. Owner refuses to take responsibility and offers no helpful solutions. "Affordable" more like cheap.

After dealing with a subpar security system from ADT (which we paid Astronomical prices for) ADT decided to tell us our 9 MONTH OLD system was out dated and we needed to buy new simply because we moved 2 towns over? Needless to say we dropped ADT and decided to do our research for the best possible security system and company we could find without compromising quality or breaking the bank. This is when we found Jeffrey! From start to finish Jeffrey at Affordable Security Systems was a joy to work with! His response time was also very impressive! He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. Jeffrey listened attentively to ALL of our needs and tailored a home security system we continue to be impressed with on a daily basis! During the installation Jeffrey and his crewman, Austin worked tirelessly to make certain every part of our system was working without any glitches. While working in our home, Jeffrey was not only extremely respectful to me and my family but also respectful of our property and home itself.
