Ms. Carole, is one of the best and such a sweetheart! I just went to her shop for the first time yesterday, and loved it. Love how she books appointments, fast/neatly braided, and we can chat from the beginning til end of the appointment so time fly’s when you’re with her. Such a down to earth person in/out. I booked my appointment for 8: 30am and got out around 11: 30, it doesn’t get no better than her! I’ll be coming back again; Ms. Carole and s/o to Taylor & her mom for putting me on to a new braiding spot. Thank you again

Friendly staff. The place is clean and organized. Walk-in is welcome, and appointments are flexible. The owner is a very nice and respectful lady. They do all different styles. I've been going here for almost a year now and I have not had a bad experience.

Every time I go to get my hair braided it's like going to spend time with family. The work is done well and they do not braid so tight that you want to cry.

Carole I was amazed at how my hair came out and I still have my braids in 4 almost 5 weeks later, cornrows at that! They still look good, was never too tight and you have such a gentle hand. On top of that I had to bring my 9 yr old son with me and she made him feel so welcomed and comfortable. Carole even waited for me because I was running late from being in an unexpected 14 minute traffic jam on the Bronx River. Thank you Carole for making this such a relaxing experience where I never had to worry, I must mention very AFFORDABLE as well! GOD bless you and thank you! I’ll be back soon!
