8Love coming here. Food, beer and sports. Please pinch me. The best place to watch your kids practice or play. The food is not the best but better than fast food.
They overbook. And then tell you to go and play on a different field…great business tactic
I went to play a soccer pick up game and a employee with a red sweatshirt and earring in his ear; stopped us and said we can't play because we didn't pay which we thought our captain did then made an excuse that they are at capacity when we said we will pay. Then we said we will put our cleats back in the car they said they were still at capacity for spectators.
Unfortunatley the employees work very slow and socialize between each other rather then tend to a long line people waiting to pay to play soccer. Occasionally they do their jobs but in general they have a bad attitude and they just dont seem really that motivated to do their job. I am really upset with their customer service. I am definetly going to look for an alternative and I suggest you do too.
Horrible conditions at all the fields.black mold seems to be everywhere. Events ar3 poorly scheduled. Seating is horrendous at colonie, lots of broken seats thatbthey said they fixed. All the attention is at Sports Park, the rest suck. No one answers the phone during the week and Sports Plex doesn't answer on weekend. Should be ashamed of the appearance and cleanliness.
Great indoor and outdoor facility for soccer. They have a decent food area with plenty of tables. The biggest problem is the lack of sufficient parking space. People were parked all the way down the hill on the main road and both sides of the entrance road were completely parked. It may make sense, if you are allowed, to park next door at the BOCES and walk over. It's a 10 minute walk up a hill with kids and a stroller which isn't acceptable.
Bad service! Especially with the Hispanic people, the lady who attend us make feel us racism and rude… I don’t recommend.
