I have been ordering parts with them, they used to have good service, but lately orders are heavily delayed and no one answers emails or calls.

They issued an Invoice and I was going to pay for it via PayPal. But the funds wouldn't transfer? I asked the team what to do. They told me that I should pay via Wire Transfer. It wasn't what I planned for as my bank charges $25 for wire fees.
