This company should be your transportation of choice. They’re all wonderful and courteous professionals

They are always on point in getting you where you need to go and on time. It’s easy to schedule on line and make last minute changes. I’ve never been late. The customer service staff are always friendly and calm. Their cars are always nice and drivers are accessible during pickups in case you can’t find each other. I recommend them to everyone.

I have been with Agape Luxury Service for more than 10 Years now, and I can honestly say that they are truly the best when it comes to above average Medical Transportation.
This service has remained consistent month after month and throughout the years. Very pleasant drivers, always on time and the best in team effort, communication and coordination. After each ride is initially scheduled, the trip is automatically confirmed the night before to avoid any problems the next day. Just prior to the pickup, a message is sent with the description/make model/plate number of the vehicle, as well as the estimated time of arrival given. Throughout many problems with the Pandemic, traffic, weather and even a January Blizzard, Agape was there - always on time.

I am so happy. EXTREMELY HAPPY that I am riding with Agape now …. Gallant car service kept me waiting for over two hours.

Recently have been waiting way too long for them to answer after I type in return. The other night I waited an hour and a half for the base to finally text me back. Unacceptable. UPDATE 01/2022 Getting better, hopefully this trend will continue? Now, if they could just have the drivers stop telling me to "hurry up" I'd give them 5 stars. I understand time is money but I can hardly walk and I'm a "fall risk" so, have a little patience and compassion please. As far as I know I've never made them wait more than 10mins tops into the 15 min (grace period) I wait for them when they're late, it's only right. I travel 7 days a week with them so they make their $$$ on me for sure, even though the ride isn't far.

Love riding with agape vehicles are very clean.drivers are courteous and very polite.love it

Why do you take me then next time say portal closed that is not good. I want you to take me to nyc & medicaid says you close your portal 2x you did this to me. Please do not do this to me

Just call this company customer service line and ask about the service one customer service person refused to answer my questions and just put me on hold. The other ignore my complaints when I told them what horrible service I received from their co-worker I will skip this place

The drivers are very friendly and nice. Always get you on time to and from your appointment. Great customer service and drivers.

My ride coming home today was very pleasant and fast. The driver made sure I was ok with getting into the vehicle and put the walker in the trunk without having to be told to do so as I often have to do with other services. He followed my directions as my building is not reachable if you follow GPS.

Could not ask for a better transportation company. Always on time. The best part is that when you are done with your appointment, you are not waiting an hour to get picked up. They have arrived 10 minutes after me calling for pickup. I have been using Agape transportation services since 2018.

Drivers’ vehicles are always clean and kept tidy; all are friendly and punctual. Only issue I have is texting the automated system. Sometimes I don’t get a text back, other times I do.
