My dad politely asked about tax filing she went off & was rude af & yelled at him she acted as if there’s no other services available, We left immediately and went to a diff textile office near by got better service & better price. She’s lucky my dad was still nice if it was someone else they would of cursed her out.

All about money! Front desk lady’s was unprofessional she’s acting like she’s is CPA too Good luck for business

Very unprofessional and rude. All they care about money.very disrespectful towards customer. Good luck with your business do better with your customer.

So I went there today for some ppp loan information and I had very bad experience. First of all I wasn’t able to meet Mr Ahad, so I don’t know about him, but the people work there very unprofessional. I was taking to a girl she was very rude and disrespectful, while I was asking her question she was getting annoyed by my question and starting walking around and took her cell phone and started calling people. First of if you want to offer service just tell us to leave but don’t humiliate your customer like this. Good luck.
