I went here to get a COVID test. They were very efficient and the experience overall was a good one.

Renee Hook is a professional, sincere, and caring Health Care Provider. She is great with children and puts them at ease when going to the Doctors Office.
It’s a shame that they don’t let her bring Rocco her certified service animal to the office anymore. He was a great addition to Renee’s visits. He would comfort children and adults and relieve tons of the stress that comes along with visits to the doctor!

My first visit I was in excruciating pain, I’m glad I found this doctor. After my visit there was much improvement. The staff was extremely excellent with helping to assist me. Wendy is very comfortable to talk to. Thanks Dr. Henry sardar for your help

Do not go here Dr Houch is disrespectful and so is Dr Lui and they are charging people for the Covid testing which is illegal

This place is good and open by Jewish people. Commentary tv watching and water. Pool on six floor. Two speech therapist named Janelly Almonte and Zalmen Shuchat offices is located on the basement level which is one floor down from the lobby or the first floor and Tara K the speech therapist office on Third floor as well as Tashia Who left and resign from her job as a speech therapist and which is also combined with a eye doctor, dental. Gym room located Inside the door and patient need to ask someone to buzz you in. Alpesh Patel is the head of the Physical therapy department and king works at the Occupational therapy department at this location. There is another location in Brooklyn which is owned by the same owner. This location used to have a parking lot which is now under construction or rebuilding something. There is a dryer and a bathroom inside the two pool. There are two people control the pool. Sometimes Ian goes in the pool and Judy always there to Monitor what happened in the pool. One time a kid got sent home early because he did something he wasn’t supposed to do in the pool. Don’t think someone Peed in the pool and I believe the pool closes at seven not really sure. Parking can be really hard and sometimes we call taxi To pick us up and drop us home. We drive there instead of calling taxi. My dad drop me off and then I going in while he go park the car. Two.speech therapist office downstairs (basement level). So take the two elevator or the two stairway to the basement.

This place has horrible customer service my aunt stays hear and complains all the time. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Got a COVID test here, was quick and only took a few days to get back results. Nurse was super chill and gentle. Recommend going here

The front desk employees do not wear masks, the waiting room was very crowded, and it takes hours on the phone to access your covid test results.

DO NOT make an appointment with Dr. Hoch unless you really like him and enjoy wasting 5 hours in the waiting room. Front staff is cool though!

Many of the staff not wearing masks. If I didnt have COVID before I easily couldve picked it up there. Doctor was interrogating me why I need tests done that were ordered by my PCP. I had the order form from him I shouldn't have to explain why I want the tests done.

Had to call 2 weeks after getting blood work done for metabolic panel, STD test, and COVID antibody test. Said the doctor has to read me the results before they can send them to me (which I've never experienced before) but said they can send me a hipaa form for me to sign and return via email just this one time. Also COVID antibody test was not done though I came in, paid the copay, and requested it.

Extremely unprofessional experience all around and crazy that I wasnt given a hipaa form to sign there - I had to reach out to THEM to get my results.

COVID-19 protocols are not enforced here. The first floor waiting room was PACKED. Multiple people in the waiting room upstairs were not wearing masks and walking around. The clinic does not call or email you results and I waited on the phone over three days for hours to finally receive my results.

I went on Monday and those COVID tests came back negative. A few days later, I fell ill and took a test from another clinic and tested POSITIVE. I can't prove I got it from this clinic, but it was the only place I visited in the last 10 days. I really regret going and should have listened to my body when I was very anxious in the waiting room. Don't get a test here!

GOOD MORNING IM AT AHAVA MEDICAL CENTER AND I LOVE THIS PLACE. THE STAFF DOCTOR'S ARE AWESOME. THEY MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE. I WILL TELL ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR OFFICE TO COME HERE. MY STAY HERE IS BEAUTIFUL.

Horrible experience waiting for 3 hours! Hardly and social distancing hardly any masks! Never coming back!
