Chris is the best of the best. After dealing with a few other companies, I came across Air Quality Insights and sent an email about my concerns. Chris replied quickly with things to check for and offered solutions to some of my concerns. I felt like I had already paid an incredible amount of money to have my air tested for mold with another company, that didn't yield any alarming results. Chris asked to see the results and noticed that there was black mold growing in my basement. He had already done more for me, through email, than *several* others had. He was at my house a few days later, found where the mold was and thoroughly checked my entire basement. He is thoughtful, caring and patient. It is apparent that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about finding the source of the problem. I just had Chris back recently to help with another issue. He answered all of my questions (I had many) and again found the issue. I couldn't recommend him enough!
