I went into the shop to have a stereo installed. I did not know anything about car radios, so I was very nervous. I went in and inquired about a radio for my car. I was greeted with respect and kindness. I informed the gentleman what I wanted and he took his time to walk me through what the different car stereo was and what they do. I picked one for my car and they installed it and everything.
