Filthy store, rude service, closes before their posted hours. I prefer to support local business but this place makes an argument for chain locations.

THE BEST PHARMACY IN RIDGEWOOD NICE PEOPLE FAST SERVICE I MOVED FROM **** TO THEM BIG DIFFERENCE NO WAITING TIME

I came for the UPS drop point. I was met by an older, smaller woman, with glasses. She helped me with my drop and was so hilarious. She really made my day. I haven’t been feeling well for the past 9 months. And today I was going through it. But she really cracked me up and sent me on my way in good spirits. The conversation was very unexpected i didn’t think of asking her name. She wished me happy holidays. I feel bad for saying “you too”. I’ve been isolated for so long due to my discomfort, I forgot how to respond. Happy holidays to you as well.

The “original” Ridgewood Chemists is no comparison to this copycat pharmacy. The true Ridgewood Chemists and owner, Bob, was one of a kind and respected and loved by all! I wonder why the copycat had to use the same name?

They decided to make a bucks off the surge and charge 40.00 for a COVID test every other store sells for 17-23.00.

Shame on their greed being more important than our health.

They require a physical prescription.they would not accept email/ fax/ picture directly from my vet.

I had to travel to my vet for the piece of paper.
I make the trip to the vet for my dog and return.
Then they say their computers are not working.

What a joke.

This place is definitely top tier for Pharmacy services. Big chain corporations like CVs & Walgreens will never top the sincerity, and level of care a small business will provide. Armand Baklajian & his staff are all sweethearts and will go out of their way to make sure I'm ok. Very caring, you will never see anywhere else. Please support your local businesses and not the rat race corporations like CVS/etc who don't know what the hell they're doing. These people do with extra added love. I love these guys and thank you for your many years of service!

Known Harman & his team for many years.and was always treated 1st class. I'm sure all are. Those who aren't is for a good reason.

People who work there are external Rude. I went during COVID-19 to Drop Off and was treated so badly. I won’t recommend that place at all.

The kindest most knowledgeable people are located here. I would advise everyone to make this their pharmacy.

The staff is super friendly and kind, and they always have what you need at affordable prices.

Nothing better than your old school neighborhood pharmacist that you can reach out to, call for advice. The bigger chains like cvs etc, are no comparison.
