Unfortunately the 2nd visit didn't go as well as the first.
I called at 10am and asked if they were busy the night before and was there a possibility of getting in early, she said they weren't busy but she couldn't assign me a room but check in with Amy when I got there, hmmm ok ill try it. At least she tried!
Walked in at 1pm was told we can't check in anyone till 3: 30pm what changed? Why wasn't she at least willing to look? No effort? !? !
Decided to go get something to eat and decide if if I was going to wait or not. After seeing what was available for lunch and being a diabetic in a coffee shop / Bakery I decided it was better to leave. Bottom line, I will probably not return at least until they are staffed and open the restaurants!

Hotel, good food, and friendly staff!
All but the nasty one that Informed me I was 15 minutes early and couldn't check in with a huge attitude!

Finally returned after being away because of the pandemic, not back to normal. Closed Monday and Tuesday, COVID protocols in effect, mandatory masks. Hopefully will return to pre pandemic levels in 2022

This is my second home. I absolutely love this place! We've been too well over 35 casinos, and this one is the top! Clean, friendly, welcoming, and love the people that work so hard there!

We went for the first time and found our room to be exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable! The staff was awesome, too. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the waitstaff, to the cashiers, and everyone in between! No complaints at all. We had a lot of fun and will return soon!

Was impressed with how quickly they come and wipe down machines. Didn't win any money but had lots of fun. The rooms were fine and clean. The staff were very friendly. (with exception of 2) Cannot wait to go back!

Always have a clean room! We don’t always win but we love playing so we go back when we can. Food is very good! My concerns are 1) several machines are shut down. This is very disappointing! One machine was down in March 2021 and still down in June, July, August, September and October. Should not take eight months to fix the machine. I’m sure it’s still broken down. 2) I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue but the fact that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays is also disappointing because some people just can’t make it on the weekends. I hope that this is not going to continue for much longer. Those are my only concerns at this time.

We had a blast. Had dinner at one of the restaurants in the casino. The food was amazing. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Not a winner not gaving money the machine s. Not a lot of fun at least just a bit.gave some at least people's come back.

Lots of fun on my first time in a casino. It was great that there wasn't smoking allowed in the casino for those that don't smoke and can't breathe when around smokers. It was also great getting free slot plays forfirst time registering and getting my free food for coming during my birthday month.

The casino is super clean. Wipes every where, sanitizer every where, someone coming around and wiping down machines. Very impressive!

Nice hotel resort. Great food but wish they had the buffet again. Casino is fun wish the would pay more to enjoy the day

Love this place! A nice getaway from Plattsburgh or any surrounding towns. Not that far of a drive. Love the casino and playing the slots, great restaurants and bar. Had a room with king bed that was on the top floor and the view was awesome. Bed was so comfortable and everything was really clean. Totally recommend this place!

I just go for something to do every now and then. I never win, so don't go there planning on winning because the machines are pretty tight these days.

Very clean and super strict regarding covid protocol. Rooms are pretty great. Be prepared to pay for it though if not someone who gets a deal. Staff was friendly and food was delicious considering it was a party and was made for a large number.

Nice, clean atmosphere. Maple Room feels rich and quiet, food was very good. Odds on winning seem much lower than Atlantic City. Lacks a main feature like a lake, or outside activity. Lacks nightlife like a dance club or go go bar. Strictly sports bar style. So if your looking for somewhere to gamble and eat it's nice.
