The people who work there were very nice and helpful but the food tasted a bit old and under-spiced.

This restaurant always serves old food you can tell by the taste. The restaurant and the kitchen is very dirty. Employees look lost and don't have any idea about the job.

Best costumer service. They let me in even after they start closing the store.

Food was good but not authentic Pakistani. Heat and serve curry has become a norm in NY Restaurants.

The closest thing to authentic Pakistani food, but they need to do something about their bathroom cleanliness

Been coming here for years. Small. Not very nice inside but the food is delicious. Some of my favs: papdi chaat, chapli kabob, falooda, Kashmiri chai.

The food is really good especially the chaat and naan. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. Is in a very crowded area so it does get busy at times.

This place looks like it's old and lower class but the food is really good so if u only care about the food then this is the place for you

Highlight kashmiri chai.low level, unhygienic and rude customer service.you are paying for food and they treat you like you are asking them for too much. One girl sneezed over someone's food while packaging.didnt cover her face and kept right on going. The other 2 rolled their eyes because I wanted to sit at a table and eat. Apparently it takes a lot to warm up a few snacks on a plate for a paying customer. They were bothered because I interrupted their Instagram time. You are providing a service to people and you're receiving a pay for it. DO YOUR JOB, HAVE SOME CLASS AND COURTESY TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS.

Al naimat food is very delicious and made fresh. My kids love the chicken tikka masala, keer and the sweets. They are One of the best restaurant and the restaurant owner is very nice person.

Good, tasty sub-continent food at very reasonable price. You can taste the real spicy chicken tikka masala here. Al Naimat manufactures sweets which it caters not only to its direct consumers but to other restaurants and other retailers. The wait staff are very friendly and no matter how busy they get, they always wear on a smile. We always feel welcome here. While in Jackson Heights, it’s worth a visit.

First of all this is a indian/pakistani restaurant (its really like a dhaba). I'm been coming to this restaurant ever since i was 14 and now im 25. The food taste very good and prices are low compare to others. Everyone should try the samosa chat and special lamb cooked by the chef (not the food in the front). As far as the service, the waiters are very slow. The waiter might take 10-15 mintues to take your order or even more depending on the rush. I would give 4.5 out of 5 for the food.

The staff is Good but they don't really pay attention to what you're saying. I got dahi bhara chaat for my mother from here and requested that any hot sauce be given separately due to her sensitive stomach. I can't express my disappointment in how badly it was made and as chaat's are supposed to be little spicy little tangy this chaat was fully loaded with green chilies, something that typically doesn't go with a chaat anyway. Never ever going back to this place. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst food and most unfriendly staff. On complaining that my puris were burnt they said everyone else is eating the same thing. Their attitude is eat or leave, no customer service. Not acceptable. Also nothing seems to be fresh, you can actually see the blocks of curry because it has been sitting in fridge for so long. Kebabs are made of rubber. Sweets vary from pathetic to mediocre depending on the day.

Delicious food, moderately priced, mostly cash based (credit cards incur some extra processing fee). The tea was very nice. They also have Kashmiri tea on the menu (which we didn't try). Great find!

The lunch is cheap and filling but as the name suggest on the door their deserts are the show stopper. You can have a snack and take home a box of Indian candies. Yum-O.

The best and the most delicious food in Jackson height Queens. Staff is exceptionally good and courteous. Love to be there every day.
