Dr. Alaaeldin is an excellent doctor, the clinic is also super beautiful, and above all the nurses are the best, they treat you with great care and are always careful and professional.
Very bad attention. The phone never answers.the schedules. Very short.a dr. That puts the students to see patients. They take the clinic as a school. What are you going to practice on the patients?
If I could give 0 stars I would. My kids have been patients for over 7 years and for the past 4-3 years this office has been on a steady decline. The front desk girls don’t care (with exception to one), you call and call no answer also EMAIL no answer. You request refills for CHRONIC conditions and they IGNORE you. This past year this office has put my asthmatic child’s health at risk, will not answer to request for his medication which he constantly NEEDS. I hope the doc reads this, and fixes this or stops taking patients if they are over worked. My kids will not be going back that’s for sure and I will be filing complaints to the board, reached my breaking point.
