Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Yonkers NY

I love this Alamo location. The service is quick and the staff are friendly. I usually have all my food by the time the movie starts and on to my second or third drink.

It’s the best experience eating good food and watching a movie. I would recommend writing down everything you really want at the start so you can get your food quickly. Any orders made while the movie is playing tend to come out slower. I assume because the staff don’t want to run back and forth as much and risk disrupting the movie.

Prices are reasonable considering what your get and the experience. I usually order the chicken sandwich with fries. It’s always good!

Can’t wait for my next movie night.

Nice place to go see a good movie. The food is good, but by the time your food get to you it's cold. That's why I gave them only three stars

On October 7,2021 me and my husband attended showtime @7: 30pm Movie: Venom I sat down and waited for a server an hour before getting up and leaving the room which caused me to miss part of the movie, to then ask one of the kitchen staff servers may I please place my order since no one is coming to me but everyone one else in the movies has beverages and food. Very disappointing to receive a reply that someone will come to my seat right away. The server who took my order only brought the drinks which was a sprite soda and strawberry Margarita on the rocks. Please keep in mind I never received the food order which was 2 Philly cheesesteaks. When the movie ended the server came over with the tab and stated that he is aware that I did not get my food and stated would I still like to have it. I said “no honey” I waited patiently the entire movie and did not receive any food. How can I tip for service that was not provided. And why didn’t they allow me to place my order with the kitchen since no one couldn’t serve me on time. How do you expect me to feel knowing and observing everyone around me being taking care of and even when I attempted to take care of it myself, automatic shut down. I work in customer service and there is always one thing you should keep in mind. You never know who and whom of importance that may walk into your establishment. I simply can not recommend this location “Yonkers” to anyone And upper management will be notified along with corporate headquarters

Food service ok, twice i ordered popcorn and drinks 1st and everyone in my row got there food ahead of me even though I ordered ahead!

This is my only pandemic theater choice in NY. They clean before and after shows, serve pretty good food, block off seats on either side of your party, etc

Server brought the wrong meal, never saw them again to correct it, or get the free drink refill.

I’ve been going to Alamo Drafthouse since it opened up in Yonkers. It’s one of my favorite places to go. Great food selection and the beer selection is a great way to try beers I never knew existed!

However ever since the reopening I’ve been questioning whether or not it’s worth coming here. Inconsistent service, food that is a hit or miss, it’s just not the place it used to be.

Food is disgusting! It taste and smells like old oil (fried chicken sandwich). Found hair in my pizza. Popcorn doesn’t taste fresh. Really unsatisfied with quality of food.

Excellent! Ordered tickets online in advance! Reserved seating! No talking & No texting rules strictly enforced. No late comers! Excellent food & drinks! If you want to see the movie & not deal with distractions Alamo is the place for you!

Took my sweetie to see the new James bond flick.any theater that strictly enforces anti phone/annoying talkativejerk/misc stupid is ok in my book.also.they bring you beer.

Great place to watch a movie. Cost of admission is the same as a normal movie theatre. The food Menu is small but thats fine; don't expect a lobster dinner. Staff is helpful and actually give off the energy that they want to be there.
Best part is that there is no tolerance for noise; anyone caught disrupting the film gets kicked out (no babies permitted).
Great, seamless experience with food and drinks brought out within a reasonable amount of time. Recommended for date nights.
Will definitely be returning here for future movie viewing experiences.

If you love and respect the cinema, you need to come to Alamo Drafthouse in Yonkers. Food is excellent and the vibe is great.
