Alamo Rent A Car, New York NY

My favorite car rental. I will not rent from anybody else, if there are no cars available, I just won't rent one.
There are professional, friendly and the cars are new not like other rentals where the cars are a old the cars here are well taking care off and they are attentive to your needs. I love Alamo car rental in Astor Place NYC. Is the best.

After my experience at this location I felt inclined to leave a review (I NEVER leave reviews.) The staff here are top notch! Jake and Jake were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I mentioned that I was going to be driving with a dog crate and they went as far as to fold the back seats for me before bringing the car up to me. I highly recommend using this Alamo/National location when you need to rent a vehicle.

This may be my first-ever review but felt it was necessary. The folks at this location need a shout out because their customer service is incredible. Car rental spots are usually terrible to work with and typically take advantage of you. This was not the case at all at with this location. I will always use this service as long as the same people are working there and will recommend to anyone I know who needs to rent a car.

Far and away the most positive experience I’ve ever had renting a car! The manager was super helpful, I was upgraded and on the road in under 10 minutes, highly recommend!

I almost never leave reviews, but this was one of the best rental experiences I've had from any rental company. Mason, the branch manager, personally emailed me after I returned the car to ensure I had no issues or problems. The staff at the location when I picked up the car was easy to chat with, wasn't pushy, and didn't try to upsell me on an 'upgrade' or other equipment, like GPS, etc.

Overall, excellent rental experience and would definitely rent from again. I used to be an Avis fan but this experience may have converted me.

The service received from the agents at this location is above and beyond! They make me feel welcomed, and i'm in and out on a matter of minutes. I've used this location twice this year and will be picking up tomorrow again.
