This man is magic. His customer service is off the charts. He works fast, has a great eye, and can fix anything. He clearly loves what he does and is very skilled. I couldn’t have asked for a more smooth, easy, enjoyable and ultimately productive experience—he adjusted 3 pants and a top for me and they all turned perfectly (taking up leaves, pant legs, patching etc). Highly recommend!

My bestie got me a pair of designer jeans, they were a bit too long. I brought them here and they were able to tailor them perfectly. I don't know how they do it, but they used the same bottom stitching as the original. They look great and i feel good wearing them. Thank you very much for the quality work!

THE BEST! I am one of those people who read a million reviews before choosing a place. Lumi is incredible - I am petite and he always knows exactly how to take things in to make them fit perfectly. So quick and reasonably priced. We moved to Brooklyn but keep coming back to Alba because of the amazing service. Can’t recommend enough!

Working long hours poses a challenge when deciding when to dry clean suits (and eats up a lot of time). Lumi's guys picked up my suits on Saturday afternoon and delivered them to my apartment the next day - yes, surprisingly they're open on Sunday's!

They get the work done and try to work you with but the gentleman (owner) has skipped me after waiting sometime for his attention, and was extremely rude when I called for an update.

Lumi! That guys is the man! I needed a rush job and he was so kind and saved e! Good people like him exist and bless his heart for doing me such a huge favor! And even though it was quick, he still did an amazing job!

My first experience was great, but the second one was awful and I’m never going back. One of my clothing was mixed up with someone else’s. So, I contacted the cleaner, returned the mis delivered item, and asked for my item. They initially said I’d get it back. But, after that they ignored all my texts, etc.and completely disappeared. I kept all my text messages in case I want to take actions and go after them. Mistakes happen, but shouldn’t they at least apologize for what happened instead of completely ignoring me? I’m never going back and given this experience, I do not recommend this unethical place. Reading prev reviews - looks like this happened to multiple people.

Some of the best customer service I have had. I had a stained shirt and a dinner reservation later that night. I was able to pick it up later that evening perfectly clean. Very Nice and helpful staff

Racist and very rude. I did not receive the delivery of my pants and he got very rude all of a sudden. "Chinese and Korean are moron". That's literally what he said to me. Avoid them

Ruined a shirt by taking in the sides too much, took months to fix. Overpromised, underdelivered.

Delivery of a suit after alteration was suppose to happen on Monday. Owner totally forgets it and sends it out on Wednesday. Never recieved it in the end. He keeps saying he sent it out, but I think he lost the item. Absolute disgrace.

Alba is the best dry cleaning I have been to in my six years in NYC. Lumi is wonderful and can turn clothes around quickly. I cannot give it five stars as of now, however, because in the last few months my clothes have often returned smelling like the chemical solvent, which was not the case previously.

After trying 4 other places in the neighborhood I was so happy to find Alba! They were friendly and fast and convenient! Hours fit my schedule and they were honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

This place is amazing! Ive had a number of suits and dresses tailored and he does an awesome job. He tells you where it needs to be taken in. He has fast turn around if needed and is always so nice. 5/5 wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Really great first impression! Came in with three pairs of shorts that had gotten too large for me. They are genuinely kind people and are very gracious and quick. Definitely coming back for my next fixup!
