I’ve been going here for several years and I have to say they are absolutely wonderful! The doctors, nurses and staff are so empathetic and caring. I have multiple problems that need cortisone shots and working with the staff we’ve been able to pinpoint the best way to manage my pain. It wears off after a few months and then I go back for more but honestly don’t know what I would do without these shots. They have given me my life back! Thank you!

This place does not care about your well being. They are rude and condescending. It is called a pain management facility and all they care about is making a buck. The woman who Checks your vitals, I think her name is Linda, is heartless and has absolutely no empathy. I was in unbearable pain and they made me feel like I was nothing more than a BURDEN. Too bad people are so rude and miserable in general and they are definitely in the wrong profession. Very disappointing and disheartening.

First shot 5 days ago I've been pain free.finally on the right path with no pain. This was my final doctor I seen so many. Life is getting better.thank u

This place is awful.my friend just moved up from Florida and set up a appointment. She has Leukemia and is in remission, however she is in severe pain! Which is stressful and we are afraid that this stress will bring her out of remission.she was on a pain regiment in Florida and the doctor she seen told her to go back to her doctor in Florida for pain medication that they only do shots and they have no shots they can give for her diagnosis.
I was shocked when I heard this. What happened to the hippocratic oath

I've been a patient for 6 months now. The only time I've been pain free was the first 3 months of treatment. Calls to the dr.are not returned and causes me too waste several hours in the ER for something the dr.could have taken care of on the phone. Not impressed!

I was a Patient at this office for about two years. I never saw any non-white Patient at this Office. The staff is all-white as well. Over time, Dr. Ferrillo became condescending and demanding by trying to force me into having a surgery that was never done on any human before. He had no data to support that the procedure would be effective and will not leave me worse off than I am right now. Because I refused to have the surgery, he dropped me as a Patient. He also requested approval for the surgery on unbeknownst to me and was denied by the insurance company for the same reason I refused to have it. I guess I wasn't making them enough money. He is notorious for "blaming the patient".

I have lived with neck pain for years I got to the point were I couldn't turn my head and had headaches daily. I went to pain management and within three visits I am pain free.now working on my back and hip. I can't wait to be pain free there too. I am 62 this year and never felt better thanks to pain management.
