Dr. Kaughman is a kind, knowledgeable doctor who takes his time with his patients. He recommended an allergy test and I found out that is the root cause to many of my problems. Now I'm seeing the allergy staff and starting my treatment. The staff is friendly and they take all COVID precautions. I highly recommend Albany ENT.

Dr Setzen helped me go from severe allergies and very ill to feeling well and getting off years of allergy and asthma medication. He is a kind soul as well as a skilled physician. He understands the importance of listening and partnering with patients to reach health goals. In addition I am fortunate to see Dr Ledbetter. She is a truly dedicated clinician, and strong advocate for her patients. The clinical team at Alb ENT has a solid support system that I have found I can count on, especially Todd in audiology and Michele in finance. All together it's how healthcare should be!

Every aspect of my visit, from check-in to conclusion, was efficient, professional and followed COVID protocols. Staff were knowledgeable and kind. This was my first visit with Dr. Kaufman; his manner inspired confidence, and I felt he truly cared about my outcome. Thank you all.

Dr. Gavin Setzen has been phenomenal in treating my reoccurring ear infections, putting in ear tubes, allergy shot treatments, and with my children’s Chronic strep throat and removing their tonsils. His expertise allowed problems we had as a children and young adults to be finally corrected. The quality of care is the very best and their new building with surgery on the same building is the very best you could possibly want. So grateful to Dr Setzen abs his entire practice!

Recently became a patient of Dr. Gavin Setzen. My experience so far is he is very thorough, great personality, he listens and communicates very well. Dr. Setzen and staff have followed through with necessary appointments due to my condition and I would highly recommend him.

One of the most organized medical establishments I've been to. They've made it easy for me to pursue a plan to take care of my allergies, have helped me understand my insurance coverage, and EVERY interaction I've had, whether with doctors, nurses, or receptionists, has been wonderful. Dr. Engle especially has been fantastic in helping me work through allergic asthma problems, keeping me informed about my medications, and actually listening to me about how I'm feeling. Also, my past experience with other providers has made prescription refill a hassle; I've had no such problems with Albany ENT. Overall, great level of communication and care.

Great doctors and immunotherapy is organized, quick and easy. My entire family is happy with the practice.

The office is warm and inviting and the use of artwork and colors is very smart. It reminded me of the change I noticed going to Cancer Treatment Centers of America comparing their facility with a local hospitals chemo Ward. It was truly night and day.

Incredible staff! Dr. Kuhar is knowledgeable, has great bedside care and presents information in an easy to understand way. Glad I found this specialist, and I highly recommend!

I have been going to Albany ENT since 2012. Dr. Kuhar diagnosed my sleep apnea and prescribed a CPAP which has allowed me to have more restful sleep. Everyone who works for the practice is courteous and helpful. Wait time is never long. Overall, I have been happy with my care that I receive here.

Staff is excellent, speedy, and courteous. Getting in and out to pick up my immuno-therapy is simple and quick. I had a bad experience at a different ENT last year that made me worry - but Dr. Setzen help clear up my concerns and my nasal passages.:)

Doctor Perkins and the staff at Albany ENT are wonderful. Doctor Perkins is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Setzen is an excellent Dr. He takes the time to get to know you and then expertly goes about determining the problem. He explains every step he's going to take. If needed, Dr. Setzen will put together a treatment plan and arrange for follow ups. He's gentle and funny. He is very willing and good about coordinating efforts with my other medical providers. All office employees are welcoming and patient. Facility is clean and laid out well. Wouldn't go to anyone or anywhere else.
