Just drove over an hour for an appointment that was bumped and not rescheduled. They never called, texted or emailed us about the change. Still totally unresolved, no new appointment. No apology. Just blamed office mgr. No follow up. Totally unexcusable. Customer service skills are nonexistent.

I met my provider, Taylor Pechtel, PA, for the first time. She was very professional, answered my questions and was very personable. Taylor showed genuine interest in my care and made me feel very comfortable. It was a very nice experience and I’m grateful for Taylor’s caring demeanor! My dexa scan was a breeze, and although I can’t recall her name, she was also very kind and considerate. In addition, when I had my blood draw, Brittany was amazing ~ she could tell I was a bit anxious and calmed me right down ~ when she said she was finished, I could hardly believe it! So, needless to say, my visit today was a very positive one! Thank you to these three incredible ladies! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Absolutely impossible to get anyone to return my call for an appointment. I don’t know if they didn’t transfer their phones to the location they moved to about 2 years ago. I have tried numerous times and nothing works! Very frustrating!

After waiting 7 months for our first appointment, the doctor did not know why we were there and assumed it was for gender affirming care. All the testing that has been done prior to the appointment was not reviewed before hand. Additional testing was requested and we were promised a call from the doctor in 2 weeks. We never got the call. After a month I called for the results and finally got them 3 days later. Told the nurse we were not pursuing care at that time and a referral was still sent to another provider for care. Disorganized, inefficient, incredibly frustrating group to work with.

Staff was abysmal and my records have been held for ransom. No one will return a call to schedule or write a referral.

First — this is to recommend Taylor Pechtel, PA, and to share my recent observations that it seems like the staff is really trying to be friendly, responsive, and efficient. (And succeeding). I’ve been a patient here for thyroid cancer followup, for about 30 years. I left a year or two after the phenomenal Dr. Abelseth (& David, nurse/medical assistant) left, because the doctor I was transferred to was beyond rude, chauvinistic, and condescending. He claimed my 1981 cancer diagnosis may have been false since I’d been cancer free so long and diagnostic standards has changed. I’m back because my GP recommended endocrine followup — realizing that Dexa scan, thyroid scan, and lab results need that expertise. Taylor is young, not as experienced, but I am neither. I can say with 100% certainty that she has the knowledge, skill, and desire to be an excellent care provider. So far, I am happy to have returned —except for the visceral reaction of seeing the other doctor is still there.

Caramia, I also had bad interactions with Dr. ElDeiry. He wrote me a scathing email after finally taking me off a medication that was causing me to vomit. He mostly wanted to let me know my last doctor was bad. I have learned since I have CKD and was not told by doctors for several years.

I went there for 5 years. Worst medical staff ever. Won't respond to phone calls/voicemail to schedule appointments, Molly Ward the educator is a snotty - condescending young woman

I can never get anyone on the phone and when I leave messages for my doctor's "care team" they never call back. Front desk can't help. It's infuriating and it can't be considered quality care. My original doctor, who I loved, left the practice (should've taken that as a hint), and the doc I have now doesn't seem interested in actual patient care. I have to repeat my whole life story every time I see him, instead of him taking the time to read my chart/previous notes. In talking through my history he has literally said the wrong information, or I have to tell him what treatment plan we had decided on last visit. Ridiculous

People that refill the prescriptions can't do their jobs. So you never get your prescriptions on time.

Good doctors, terrible staff. Possibly the worst customer service ever. The people who handle prescriptions should all be fired because they clearly cannot do the basic tasks of their job. People never answer the phone and days go by before messages are returned. Keep having to go off my meds because the incompetent staff have not provided updated prescriptions to my pharmacy. Terrible.

The Dr.was excellent but the staff were terrible honestly. They were unfriendly and borderline rude at check in and non responsive with check out and several calls. No one available at check out.they took my paper and said someone will call you to schedule your biopsy.no one did. I had to call multiple times, never got a human, never got a call back.and I needed a biopsy! I still do not have this scheduled. I wonder where my paper ended up.is it lost somewhere? It is the only record in that office that I need a biopsy! I do not understand how they can settle for a support staff like this when life and death is on the line.

I have been with this group for over 20 years and since it’s affiliation with AMC has become less and less responsive to my needs. For the past week I have been trying to speak to support staff to request that they fax notes from my last doctor’s visit to Byram Healthcare so they will process my current order for insulin pump supplies. I will have no supplies left and it will be over the 3-day holiday weekend. No one answers the phone. I leave urgent messages and no one calls back. They make it very clear in their phone message that they won’t see anyone without an appt. They’re in a fortress and remain inaccessible to patients who require their assistance. I like my doctor very much and would hate to lose him but this group does not support their physicians and their patients and I am stressed to the max at this point.

Dr ElDeiry misdiagnosed me with type 1 diabetes last December. He insisted I would be insulin dependent for the rest of my life and tried to stop every effort I made to get to the real route of the issue. My a1c was 12.6 when diagnosed, one year later and I do not have diabetes- my a1c is 5.5 now and I am completely medication free. If I listened to any of the guidelines this office set for me I would be insulin/ medication dependent. I am writing this review to warn any parents or individuals of the narrative they will try to sell you and push you to question if it’s reality. In my case everything they said was furthest thing from the truth.

Pharmacy called endlessly over a 6 week period to have my 90 day supply of synthroid refilled. They continuously told me there was no response. Finally I called because I haven't had it for several days and I was told they received the pharmacy's request but denied it because I need to see the dr.for blood work first. No phone call or relayed message to ME? It's life support for crying out loud!
Gave two stars because my doctor himself is excellent.

I was very happy here with Dr. Yocono but since his retirement I have become completely dissatisfied. I’ve been treated as nothing more than an insurance payment and not as a human being. Can’t even get a call back after 2 weeks despite several calls with commitments to get a return call that never comes.

I have been trying to cancel my appointment for days but the girl at front desk just doesnt answer. I can see im not the first person who is upset by this.

Never gives me my meds, gives me a random doctor for every appointment. Charges me 300 dollars every time I go there even though they don't give me medication? If you can go somewhere else you should, only go here if absolutely necessary because they do not care about you or your health
