4WARNING: if you sign up for Albert Ellis, and you give advance notice, you are still charged for GROUP sessions at $100 each. This is absolutely ridiculous and they are the only ones doing this - EVERY mental health provider allows a cancellation period.
Literally cannot get them to hear me on the phone.what’s going on? Are your phones broken? I want to make an appointment and keep calling and them saying hello but then just hanging up and not trying to call back. I would think that if I a patient is calling multiple times you should at the very least try to call them back.
