Better priced than other farms around the area! I’m not sure why people gave it low stars this farm was BEAUTIFUL

I bring my son here every year at the beginning of the fall season. It is a beautiful, small farm. It is perfect for small children who like to play with the pumpkins. We really enjoy to come here every fall.

See photos to know what you're signing up for. There's an entry fee for the "patch" which is just a strip of grass with pumpkins laid out. Both the hay ride and the animal train drive around the outside of the "patch. " Expect a surcharge on all credit cards, without telling you that's coming. Baked goods are not made on site. IMO you're much better off heading out east to a place like Helen's or Harbes.

We had a great time. Plenty of sights to see and things to do. Thankfully we chose to come here rather than the dirt pumpkin lot we were about to enter on Jericho Tpke.

Just filled my car with the beautiful selection of spring and summer flowers at Albert H Schmitt Farms in Dix Hills. All the plants are so full and healthy with an enormous selection of colors and types. The crew are all super knowledgeable and helpful and the addition of an extended parking lot this year makes it easy to get in and out of! I will definitely go here for all my planting needs!

Good price for our two pumpkins! One for carving, one for pie. They have a good selection in their market side.

Accident waiting to happen. Tractors always coming close to people riding kids in hay rides. Look how close it came to me

A nice small farm, got to take a lot of pictures with my kids. You pay $5 to take pictures on the patch. The train ride were $7, hay ride $4 and they had a lot different flowers, Halloween decorations and also homemade style apple cider donut and many more. I loved the donut never had it before and their jams are so good $6.99 for small $10 for a large. I wished their train rides would be more fun for the kids. It was a nice small farm but I don’t think I would go back but definitely would love to get more jams.

They have everything here but you need to buy a ticket for everything including the pumpkin patch $4 a person then you pay for the pumpkins after. It's not the most appreciated model. Cider also available but it's not fresh it's in a bottle already.

Don’t come this farm. The farm is so small and very crowded. The charge hay ride $4 per person and animal ride $3 per person. The restroom is so horrible and dirty…. The pumpkin farm charge admission fee $4 per person.horrible and overpriced…don’t come

Went to the farm yesterday and as previous reviews the farm is literally the size of a living room, to enter the “farm” (and I say farm very lightly because it honestly isn’t a real animal ins sight unless you call a horribly painted and faded bunch of cans an animal, not to mention how small said farm is) but they do make you pay to even view the for pumpkins and then pay for the actual pumpkin itself, by reviews that’s I’ve read (unfortunately too late) I’ve seen similar reviews where the owner responded quite unprofessionally which should already let you know what a scam it is but what would any one of us have to lie for? Really a waste of money if you ask me, the corn was good but you had to fight flies the whole time considering that there where 2 small round tables for a bunch of people to stand by, which is really dumb if your offering over priced food at the very least have a seating area for people to eat comfortably eat, all and all I would not recommend at all, please be careful and don’t get catfished like many of us because it isn’t what you think it is! And as far as the “flowers” go it’s literally like a Home Depot garden section not actual flowers that where grown “ it’s as if they went to Home Depot purchased flowers and put them out to try and resale.

Found a random farm to stop by on the way home after going out further in Long Island and came across this one!

Nicely maintained shopping area with random stuff to look at and Halloween themed items. They do charge tickets to go in the pumpkin patch (a bit pricey so you'll see some adults waiting outside while the kids play) and for the kiddie animal train ride (kids under 2 free with a paying child that's also going on), they'll go around the pumpkin patch twice, same for the hayride.

Overall it’s 3.5 stars for me due to the entry fee but most places charge a fee now. They also charge credit card fees so it’s better if you pay cash!

They have a wonderful selection at very good prices. This family owned, hidden gem has grown steadily over the years. I was doing some planting on Labor Day and they were open and getting ready for the fall festivities. They staff was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. I got everything I needed plus a few more ideas. Thank you again.

Had an amazing time on the hay ride while the sun was shining and the cowgirl, Skylar serenaded us with her guitar as we sang along……. Old McD……. The apple cider is delicious! Nice fresh produce and pumpkins!
