A wonderful experience each time I go! They are always so nice. The appointments start on time and they work quickly to get me out the door. I'd recommend them for all of their services! I also love their skin care products, a bit pricey but worth every penny for the improvement I've seen in my skin!

I’ve been going to Alchemy for about 5 years now and they are amazing. Erica is the lip goddess. They are extremely helpful with pricing and making sure you only leave with what you need and are comfortable with. The atmosphere is amazing as well. They also sell my favorite products SkinBetter.

Do not go here.they are very sales and not at all though, I got basic botox and it was so expensive and my crows feet the most obvious and easy nerve to hit -did not get taken care of.its a trap.stay away!

I love the facility at 21st Street. Knowledgable and understanding to my needs and not sales oriented at all. Explain to them what you want and they will do it or recommend an alternate. DEFINATELY take advance of the Diamond Glow (similar to a hydro-facial, but better). I love how it feels.

Erica was great! She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend Erica at the flatiron location in New York!

The providers I had were very detailed with their recommendations and post treatment care. I've had multiple sessions of Clear and Brilliant and DiamondGlow, both really helped my skin. I always recommend Alchemy43 to my friends/family.

I had a wonderful experience with my DiamondGlow facial. Everyone at the location was super lovely and professional to work with, and I felt radiant for weeks after the treatment. I’d highly recommend it (and as an FYI, you can do it at the same time as Botox).

The front desk was very professional and he handled my anxiety with care as he walked me through the process and was clear with pricing.my injector monica understood my vision and achieved the exact look i was going for, natural with a little enhancement.not sure where all of these negative reviews are coming from, my experience was smooth and i was handled with care from start to finish.signed up for the membership so i’m def coming back!

Run don’t walk to this place! So rare in New York to experience such warm service from every single person in the establishment. I was so nervous before the appointment but the front desk person calmed my nerves and I had an awesome experience. Will definitely return!

A rip-off and rude staff. I had a very sales pitchy-nurse who quoted me 20 more units of botox than multiple other med-spas and tried to make it sound like a deal. When the front desk worker came in to explain the costs, I calmly asked if it was possible to go with less units, then I overhead him go to the nurse and say "He's freaking out and is asking about less". The nurse came back and said it was the least possible. Do not go here.
