Clean and fast check out service. I feel sorry for the expensive prices on everything here in NY. Ironic that California is way cheaper for food.

Aldi, s has everything you need for your kitchen as well as some household needs. Great selection of vegetables as well as meats to choose from. As well as low prices to fit your budget!

Cashier was nice friendly a nice customer let me get in front of the line cuz I only had a few items

I found a brand of flavored water that I really like from that store. They seem to have everything I needed

I use the delivery and pickup options. They save me so much time by doing the shopping for me. They have amazing prices too!

Aldi and Instacart have expanded their integration of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) electronic benefit transfer (EBT) payments in online grocery orders to nearly 1,000 more of the deep discount grocer's stores.

Wish I could rate this place negative stars. All I was doing was separating my orders as I had 3 in my cart and I was maybe separating my orders for like a minute getting my first order up there. The person behind the desk then told me that I take too long and that "you should have already separated your orders". Not that I was even taking a long time. But even if I do that, they're just going to take my order and un-seperate it anyways by throwing it in one cart. This is a store that sacrifices customer service for speed. After I stuck up for myself and wasn't going to be treated that way they had me kicked out of the store

I came in for "Senior" hour. The associates are always pleasant. Everything on my list was in stock.

Aldi's Canastota NY. The best! They revamped the entire store last year. The aisles are opened up more and they have some really great products. Everyone is super friendly! It's ridiculously clean! And, the prices, well. You leave with a lot of stuff and still money in your pocket! Just a heads up. Stick with Hellman's Mayo

Aldi is my primary place for grocery shopping. Prices are more than affordable and the cashiers are ALWAYS nice!

Great prices, good quality meat, eggs and dairy very reasonably priced. Bar cheese not so good.

I really like Aldi and prefer to drive a little farther to go the Canastota location. Employees are always very helpful and friendly. It isn't as busy as the New Hartford location.

Aldi offers excellent products at amazing prices! They have a fresh & diversified produce section. They offer a multitude of healthy grain & sprouted breads. They have an abundant selection of organic, healthy option, and gluten-free items. Their bronze-cut pastas are of top-notch quality. I'm always impressed with the variety of foods/food-types & their special-items. I often find unique, quality non-food items that are also value-priced. I've been an Aldi shopper for many, many years & I always walk out a happy customer.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

manager MOLLY is unreasonably rude.

ZERO STARS WOULD BE MOST APPROPRIATE FOR THIS LOCATION.

-When asking where an item is she responds with "you work for instacart you should know where the item is".
-Stops working to talk loudly with other customers about personal issues while blocking the aisles.
-Refuses to check items in the back when they shelves are running low.
-points to items when asking where they are instead of directing the customer.
-talks about customers indirectly while pointing at them.im doing my best working with corporate to have this manager removed from the company.

It was a little crazy, but I was able to get everything I wanted except bread, and the cashiers are wonderful, they got the people right out in a timely fashion, and still managed to stay very pleasant. I applaud them.

Price's are reasonable, my go too for most of my pizza ingreadiants and they have sausage ravioli

Store is always busy, yet always clean. The staff is readily available. The produce and everything is just priced to perfection I’m new to aldis but I’m in love lol
