ALDO, Staten Island NY

It's a small store so they didn't have many options for us to look at. Plus they were expensive so not really appealing for us.

I had the BEST experience with Leeandra! (Sorry if I misspelled the name), but I just have to say, she was the best with helping me find a perfect shoe for a wedding I’m attending this weekend. As a woman who doesn’t know a clue about high heels, nor owns a pair, I have to say, she helped me find something that is my style and comfortable to wear! Thank you so much again for your help, as you’ve made my shopping experience great like no other!

I bought shoes for my husband in the NY tristate area and paid for shoes and NY sales tax.
When I visited the store to return the shoes, the manager Alyssa was able to process the refund only for the shoes. However, she did not know how to return the sales tax. She was not confident and did not know what she was doing. She refused to reach out to the support center and ask them how to proceed with refunding the sales tax.
Advice to the ALDO store, please provide training to your employee. It has to be a better way to solve the problem in the store than turn out the customer.

Their styles are exceptionally beutyfull, the men's section is hot n the females section even BETTER. THEY HAVE THE HOTTEST SHOES IN THE ENTIRE MALL, PERIOD!

This is the second day I have been to the store and it says they open at 11 o'clock and as of 1130 they were not open. The first day I went 2 people were in the store and the gate was halfway open. The next time I came 2 workers were leaving the store and they shut down the gate when the store should have been open. I guess they open whenever they feel like it.
