When I first contacted Alexander, I was struggling with debilitating insomnia that was persistent for 10 months. I was sleeping 2 hours a night (if lucky) and was miserable. After seeing many physicians, psychiatrist and doctors from all medical backgrounds, I decided I wanted a more holistic solution (rather than taking all the medications that were prescribed to me).

It took about two sessions before the insomnia improved, but after that I was sleeping normally again. I no longer had sleep anxiety/ was able to fall and stay asleep with no medications.

Alexander really listens to you and tries to understand what might be causing the issue you are coming to him to resolve. He would ask me very detailed questions and then incorporate solutions into the hypnosis sessions.

Excellent hypnotist. I visited Alex hoping to solve some anxiety problems. I had constant anxiety for many years now. I believed in hypnosis and believed that Alex would help me. After our session I felt like I could barely walk, I was that relaxed. I went to training (I'm an athlete) and performed great. The feeling of relaxation persisted. Our next session was the next day and Alex informed me, what I was feeling was my new normal. Been almost a week since then and he is right. I have had the frustrations of life come my way, but I have an easiness and a calmness I have never had. I highly recommend Alex.

This guy is pretty good. After one session I made more progress with my PTSD than three months of therapy. The price tag is probably the only reason I don't see this guy more than I have.
