This place is great, I’ve used them twice and both times were very positive. The first was a replacement window frame that needed to be the same with but shorter height, I was pleased with how well they understood what I was doing and what I needed for my project, they even gave me some good pointers. The second time I used them was for a broken window, the glass got smashed and I was able to drop it off with them and get it back the next day looking brand new. All in all great business run by great people, who know what they’re doing and we’re able to work with me on ideas and budget. Big shout out to the team there and Josue specifically for really taking care of me

I called this business to get a quote to re-install existing sliding doors in my apartment. Josue answered and asked me to email photos and details which I did. But, I never heard back from him.

Josue was great! I replaced a broken glass from a double pane widow. He took the measurements, and explained the whole process. The glass was replaced quickly and reasonably priced. Excellent customer service.

Great for same day glass cutting. Just call ahead and ask if their cutter is in. Neighborhood is "sketchy" but maybe it's because I've never been there and got easily lost. Ask for Richard. I give him two thumbs up for great service throughout.

I had a very great experience had to replace the glass in my old windows all fogged up and the job was well done smooth customer service Hoseway was nice and Bruce it’s all about the communication keep it up guys!

Bruce Macin is definitely a owner that cares about his customers. He worked with me until he got my glass doors right. His staff was nasty to say the least, but he called me himself and made sure the job was done correctly. This was during the beginning of the pandemic, so this was especially difficult. Bruce, continued success! With your work ethic and commitment you will continue to be the best glass company ever!

Second time doing business with this local company. The first was to install a dog door through my siding glass door and more recently a more complicated 5 casement window replacement job. Bruce worked with me to figure out the right kind of custom glass for the job (eg UV limiting laminate) and the guys on the ground were timely and professional—leaving the work area nicer than they had found it. The upfront price is likely higher than the competition, but the material quality and careful labor make up for it.

I need two windows of different types in two different locations replace. I was given very accurate estimate over the phone and then a site visit and follow up estimate, which was within dollar of the phone quote. The window were replace on schedule as promised with before and after follow up phone calls. Great Job! I would use them again and would recommend them.

We required emergency glass repair to a picture window and reading the positive reviews, I felt sure this was the right place. On initial call, I spoke and dealt with Josue who was not only pleasant, understanding and professional, he took a lot of time understanding what we needed. Also, they are very busy and he found a place for us on the scedule that day. They were not able to do the replacement and we understood from the beginning that this was possible however beginning to end, the experience was so superior that any other needs for glass and windows, I will call only this company. For our work, we were told it might be that we had to contact the window manufacturer which ended up being the case. I cannot say enough about them-they were that outstanding! Much appreciated!
